The rooms are a bit outdated but if you are planning to spend the whole day outside, like we did, this should not be a problem ☺️ a little disadvantage would be that after taking shower the whole bathroom is wet because of the shower type

Location was very good, easily walkable to the center, great market nearby that you can find literally anything you want ☺️ rooms were very clean. Staff was sooo nice and helpful, especially Ms Maria 🙂 and Mr Yiannis the owner that we had a chance to meet too 🙂 pool size is great, hotel is very cosy. Thank you once again for the upgrade on our honeymoon and preparing our room much much earlier 🙏 It was a pleasure to stay ☺️

If you HAD to be picky you could say the only thing you could ask for that wasn't provided was poolside music! Now how picky would you have to be to meed that!!!!

This was our second time to stay here. It is absolutely top quality, the place is immaculately kept. Facilities are all ypu need. Lovely pool, spotless apartments, free Air con which is a huge plus on holidays!!! Its a little far out of town but we would still choose this, and what's a leak to stretch the legs!!!

The cooking facilities in the apartment weren't great but we only ate in for breakfast so it suited us.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic and good value. The pool was lovely and kept clean. We were able to hire bikes in the hotel next door. After checkout we were able to store our bags and could have continued to use the facilities which included an outdoor shower/changing room. I would stay again.

The apartment has very basic kitchen facilities. There is no toaster, oven, grill or microwave.

Good value for money. Clean apartments and pool area lovely. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into Kos Town but there is a good supermarket and restaurants close by. You can hire bikes locally which is great to get you into kos town quite quickly.

The mattresses were a little bit too firm. And for check-in we were waiting over 30 minutes because there were no personal in the hotel but later we solved the problem.

The Hotel was good, clean. Supermarkets are very close and you can cook in the kitchenette.

A little bit noisi on the outside, music and people singing almost every night. Didn't prevent us to sleep anyway. Not all the staff spoke english or any other language beside greek.

We didn't receive a lot of toilet paper and the towels werent replaced often which was kind of annoying at times.

The location is amazing. It has a couple supermarkets just a small walk away, it's really close to the beach and it isn't far away from Kos town. The aparments themselves were simple and easy which was good for the money we payed.

The kitchen is not very well equipped in crockery, cutlery and cooking pots and pans.

These apartments are in a quiet location away from the main road. A neighbouring hotel has a noisy bar, however, it was closing around midnight. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a table with garden chairs on the patio, perfect for having breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine. The swimming pool is superb and the nearest beach is around 10 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away and there are a few good restaurants along the beach. The apartments have their own car hire and a bicycle hire is less than 50 m away. Our flight arrived very late and the owner arranged reasonable priced transfer for us. Visiting Kos next time we will definitely consider staying here again.

If someone didn't want to enjoy the 15min walk into town I guess that is the only thing I could say!!!

I can't praise this place enough. The standard of cleanliness was incredible. The 🛁 bathrooms were very modern, not an ant in sight which in hot climate countryside can be hard to combat!!
