Fairly costly but I guess you get what you pay for

Myself and my fiancée recently stayed. Beautiful start to finish. Such a good location also. Near enough to airport in taxi. Bus station also so close so we were able to go to Oia and the beach’s. Fira town centre about 5 mins away. Pool so clean also. Room cleaned every day. Would highly recommend

Great hotel, within a close distance to fira. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and brought to your room every morning. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great place to stay in Fira!

My only complaint is how hard it was to find White Concept Caves when we arrived. There should really be better directions.

The location was ideal - just a short walk to the center of everything. We were greeted at reception with a very friendly host who offered many good suggestions for our time in Santorini. The facility is exquisite. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

So glad I chose to stay with them. I booked their honeymoon suite for my wedding anniversary and it was perfect. Great location, walking distance from the bus stop, close to Fira shopping centre with some great restaurants and cocktail places nearby. The service was amazing throughout and the staff was lovely, recommended some great restaurants and to dos in Santorini. Highly recommend!!!!

Everything was lit except that the pools were not functioning but apart from that I liked everything about it

The location of the hotel is central close to everything you need. It’s Got great views and also it’s beautiful courtyard everything is just wow. The rooms were too beautiful for the amount of money charged. The staff were just amazing I remember i met Elpida on my check in and out and she’s just amazing you can tell that the person really likes what she does with the way she explains everything and recommends especially on restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay and i hope to better again in summer. It’s that one place you’ll need to be at🔥🔥

Well, as it was low season, the outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pools were not open so that was a bummer.

I love the location! We went in low season and the area was were most of the places that were open during the low season was located so we were able to do everything we wanted to do.

There’s no security entrance of the room at all, basically you can walk without any key/ key card from the main road to the door of your room.

The location is good, easy to walk to the main bus station but I won’t say it’s super. The building is beautiful and the room is nice and comfy. Though the room is not very well ventilated without a window, and the room has a little musty smell. Extremely friendly stuff, helped us a lot even it’s late in the night. We highly appreciate that.

The reception staff (especially Salome) were excellent - welcoming, professional, informative, approachable at all times and very helpful. The hospitality was heartwarming! We had difficulty finding the place as google map search was directing us round and round, we stopped to ask for directions many rimes.

Our room was spacious and look fantastic. We had our own private spa, a little walk from our room. Was not too far to walk to town center once we found the place.

Staff was helpful, however not the warmest people. Hot tub water temperature could be hotter. Breakfast process could be improved by providing the guests the menu for the next day breakfast with the breakfast itself to avoid unnecessary trips to reception to fill the next day's breakfast selections.

Everything in the room was excellent, comfortable, clean and it is a simple white and beautiful/well done decoration. Outside balcony with the table for breakfast, the hot tub and sofa really makes the difference to take the stay and the experience to another level. Location is excellent as it is far enough from the confusion in Fyra center, but close enough to walk to the center and restaurants. Breakfast was really good as well.

nothing, it was perfect

The concierges, Ares and the others were great, and gave us excellent recomendations for hiking, resaurants, fine dining, touring, etc. not to mention Greek lessons! the breakfasts served in our room were ample and good and service was efficient and friendly. The hotel is hidden away and one of our taxi drivers couldn't find it, but we loved the location. The all white, cave like room was stunning! and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
