The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, ss it was very thin.. shower curtain was extremely irritating.. Suggest booking.com also comments location as music was played until till 5am each day from neighborhood clubs.

Although the location is near to one main street, it is kind of hidden. I would had liked the bed to be more comfortable, but as my stay was for only one night, it was not a deal breaker.

The room was cozy and clean. It has everything you need for a your stay but only for sleep and clean yourself as it is a little bit small. The location is good as it is near of one of the main streets in Santorini, so you can find places to eat and shop easily as well as the bus station to go/com from the airport.

There is however a lack of a boiler and anything to heat food. The cleanliness was generally good, however I found hair on the floor that definitely wasn’t mine. And when there is noise, in the other rooms or from outside, the insulation isn’t great.

Nice place, very well situated in Fira and reasonably priced. The area is pedestrian and a little away from the main streets, thus mostly quiet. The room is decently sized, the sheets and towels are replaced daily, the bed is decent although the mattress is not the best. The bathroom is good. There is no problem with the shower. There’s a mosquito net in the bathroom window.

Grateful that the host was very helpful to us. Contacted him at 1am and was not hesitant to accommodate us. Also forgot my laptop and was able to retrieve it with ease. Room was clean and close to shops and restaurants. Price was also reasonable.

The shower was in the toilet so the toilet gets very wet which wasn’t ideal and was different to what was pictured. Bed wasn’t that comfortable but did the job. Other than that was a nice room.

Air con was good, was advertised in picture as upstairs room with balcony but was downstairs room still with an outside just not as nice. Had a fridge and towels which was good.

Location was incredible, right in the centre of Fira. For the price we paid it was really good value. It may not be huge Villa with a pool but being so close to everything in town was awesome. Room was cosy and clean.

The location of this property is perfect and the room and balcony were all lovely. We just found the bed very springy and soft and we found them uncomfortable but the overall stay was wonderful. The gentleman at the reception desk went over and above to accommodate us with organising transfers etc.

The cleaner comes every day and she changes the towels every 3 days. The room has an open-air space with a table and 2 chairs with a rack for wet clothes. The room has got the air conditioning, fridge, TV, hairdryer, private bathroom and another 2 chairs and a table. The furniture is enough to put all dresses for 2 persons. The staff was very kind also to promote and to sell us some Santorini's tours. The location is very close to the central square of Fira.

I sleep very well so this didn’t bother me, but my partner did say the walls were paper thin and you could hear people coming and going.

Villa Toula was exactly what we were after - good value for money. We weren’t planning on spending too much time there as we were going to be mostly out and about so this was 10/10 for location, nice and tidy room and everything worked great, great comms with the manager via WhatsApp.

The room was really old, and smelled a little like humidity. Staff only texted us, never welcomed us or anything I went to reception one day to introduce ourselves. I think it was ok for the value but wish I stayed in a nicer place.

Best thing was location. Really near Fira’s shops and restaurants. Room was big and had a terrace. It had AC which was necessary in summer.

The room I stayed in was on the courtyard and people could sit and drink there, only happened one night and only until 12.30 but I can imagine this wouldn’t be great if it was later. Not really a problem, but thought I’d mention it.

Stelios was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the Fira strip, close to shops restaurants and great views. The villa was very clean, peaceful and we all felt very safe.
