Absolutely nothing it’s a great place to stay

Anna who came every morning to drop our breakfast was very kind and attentive. Greg our host was absolutely amazing very friendly and super helpful.

Really everything was wonderful. The air conditioning could have been better as it did get stuffy and warm at times, but that was all I can really think of that could have worked better. Depending on when you go, that may not even be needed.

George was the kindest and most accommodating host. The property is stunningly beautiful- even more beautiful than the pictures show. It is the best location at the top of Imerovigli (highest part of Santorini) with excellent views, good restaurants, and pretty of markets for your needs, but without the crowds and noise of Oia. The room was beautifully appointed and the hot tub was amazing with the vest view. There was even complimentary wine and chocolate for us when we arrived. It was quiet and private, but still accessible. Not too many stairs either. Just amazing.

Wish hot tub water temperature could be adjusted. It was windy and water temp was too cold for us to enjoy the hot tub while viewing sunset from our patio

We stayed in Mid April and gusty wind was preventing us from enjoying the gorgeous view or hot tub off patio. Hot tub water was too cold for Spring weather.

Just know that Imerovigli doesn’t have a ton of restaurants and shops like Oia so you will have to use the bus which can be chaotic or hire a taxi which is very expensive! But it makes up for it because the hotel is less pricey than those in Oia.

We loved the view from the terrace overlooking the caldera. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen and really made this hotel worth it. The hot tub was also amazing for the windy nights. If you have a choice between hot tub or pool I would choose a hot tub unless you plan on spending the day there and want to be able to cool off. The service was amazing and Gregory at the front desk was super helpful booking anything we needed. The breakfast is brought to your room every morning and is very good!

The breakfast has only few vegetables (literally just 1 thin slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber) we order the same breakfast option for our stay but some items are missing on the following day like fruit bowl.

The location of the cave suite is located on a quiet spot even though is it near the footpath. The view was unparalleled. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The photo of the suite is exactly how it is in real life. Service was quick, friendly and efficient.

There's nothing we didn't like! The room and view were amazing! They serve you breakfast in your room, and it is complimentary - and so good. The area is smaller and quieter than the main town, but there are plenty of restaurants, markets and shopping in the area. After walking most of the area, we felt Villa Lukas was the perfect location, better than the rest. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. A perfect way to end our tour of Greece.

very good breakfast delivered to apartment each morning with choices provided day prior and can choose the time of food delivery. The location is excellent and provides stunning caldera and some good sunset views as well.
