I have to mention that the beds were a touch hard - but Irini is aware of this 🤣 The walk to town would not suit someone with mobility issues. I wouldn’t say any of this was a “dislike” though.

Great accommodation just a short walk from Thira town. It’s a bit steep to walk there but no problem if you’re fairly fit and mobile. Irini was friendly, helpful and was a lovely host. We had the family room and there was plenty of space for three adults, a baby and all of the accompanying paraphernalia. The hotel was lovely and peaceful. A lovely place to stay if you need to be fairly near the main port, airport and the town. Irini fixed up transportation for us which was first-class.

The location is overall good, 10 min from fira center, but to get to/from the hotel without a car/atv is kinda hard especially with luggage. The jacuzzi in our room wasnt exactly like the photos (we had a first floor room and it felt less private then we thought) but we still really enjoyed it

Irini, the hostess, is extremely nice and caring, she guided us about the island and made sure we have everything we needed. Great value for money and everything is really clean

Villa Galaxy was definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. First of all, great and most helpful staff ever - Ms. Irini greeted us warmly, and helped us a lot during our stay. Thanks to her recommendations and tips we were able to travel throughout whole island with ease. Room, was comfortable, very neat and cleaned daily. Additionally our room had private hot tub, which was a great addition to already perfect place.

It was really pleasure to enjoy during those few days at this beautiful apartment. We experienced a really great time and we was very satisfied with our apartment and our private garden with nice hot tub 😁. Our host Irini (if I’m not wrong about her name) was very kind and helpful. She provided us a lot of information about the island itself and locations to be visited also she was in touch with us all the time.Anything we needed (like wine bottle opener,iron...) was brought at our apartment in just few minutes by herself.I’m really out of words how great everything was in overall.I’ll gladly recommend this apartment for everyone who is about to visit Santorini and if we come back to Santorini we’ll definitely stay again at Villa Galaxy 😁

Amazing stay , beautiful room with hot tub on the balcony . Staff give their WhatsApp number so you can contact with any requests or concerns. They arranged transfers to and from the hotel and let us leave bags until 7pm . Free snacks in the fridge too ! Great stay !

From the minute we got out of the taxi the host (Irini) was so welcoming and helpful. She provided water on arrival which was a life saver as it was so hot. Irini also gave an information sheet on the island which covered the best places to swim and all the sights to be seen. Our room was very clean, the beds were big and comfy and the jacuzzi was definitely an essential. My friend and I didn’t even need to leave the accomodation to get food as Irini ordered us room service from nearby restaurants. Was the best experience I have had at any hotel in Europe so far.

Everything good. The staff was very friendly and they helped us with everything during our stay. The jacuzzi was clean, the rooms had a good size and also the toilet was very clean and spacious. The location is very good as The hotel is only 10 min walking distance from fira but be aware that you have to make the climb.

Breakfast is a packaged croissant, orange juice and a coffee pod- enough to get you started but as the staff call it, a “snack”!

Nice quiet location and walkable to Fira town, bus stop etc. Very clean and tidy, the jacuzzi was great at the end of the day. Excellent communication with the staff from booking through to check out, they also helped me to print an urgent work document which is appreciated!

You need to have a little walk from fira town to the villa .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Galaxy Santorini, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly staff, the beautiful decor, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay comfortable. The hotel staff was always available to assist with any requests or questions, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Villa Galaxy is a lovely hotel and is only a short walk into town. The room was spacious with a good sized terrace and the hot tub was a real treat. Staff (particularly Irini!) were always available to help with any queries or give advice about what to do on the island. It was home away from home for me. I’ll be back!

The bed was a little hard and not ‘cushiony’. Still slept fine both nights though. The walk up the hill from the hotel to Santorini was a steep 10 minutes, but manageable (not at all fault of the hotel obviously). Everything else was fine with us!

They staff are absolutely fantastic. We were constantly in contact with the manager and she was always available to help us with changes to our booking, recommendations, or booking taxis. The shower was lovely and warm, room very clean & tidy, and the hot tub was a nice treat!

The only negative was it was a bit of a walk up a hill to the downtown area of Fira.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were allowed to check in several hours early and they held our bags the day we checked out too. The hot tub was good, but not quite as private as the pictures looked. It started raining as we were heading to the airport so the woman at the front desk, Irini I think, was able to order us a cab very quickly.

My mom and I spent 2 nights in the villa for a mother daughter trip! Our stay was absolutely wonderful and Irini the villa manager made our stay even better by setting up transfers from and to the port for us and giving us recommendations for drinks and food in town! The villa itself was super clean, had the cutest decorations and our view from the hot tub was spectacular. Super close to the main part of Fira about a 10 minute walk uphill. We enjoyed our stay so much and would totally stay here again!!
