Incredible service and views. Very clean. We had an early morning flight on the day of checkout, so the hosts gave us packaged breakfast the evening beforehand. Christoff was an incredible host.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location is great, away from the crowds of Fira & Oia. Kristos, Robert and Lukas were all spectacular . Made us feel so welcomed. Kristos had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The continental breakfast every morning was perfect. The rooms are very clean. No issues with WiFi. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Santorini.

The location was perfect. The views were absolutely amazing, none that were better from anywhere else on the island. The breakfast was brought daily with a smile either on your veranda or in to your room depending on the temperature. Overall this was a fantastic villa, with amazing views not available anywhere else in the world!

There is not a single thing we did not like or enjoy!

This was honestly the best hotel I have stayed in Santorini after being there 5 times already. The hot tub was the main feature. I stayed in a few places where the hot tub was not hot enough, but this one was perfect! Nice hot water to relax with the view on a colder day or in the evening. The hotel has few stairs to go down, but it was perfect and doable even for someone less fit. Luggage was carried down for us. The room has everything you need. The kitchenette, coffee maker, kitchen table, bathroom was big, the shower nice and hot and lovely toiletries were included. The room was being cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The bed was extremely comfortable! And now the best bit: Breakfast!!! We were asked to call whenever we were ready for breakfast. After calling, the breakfast was brought up to our balcony within minutes! Fresh coffee, orange juice, fresh bread, cake, eggs, it was different each day too! Amazing. The gentleman who brought the breakfast always welcomed us with a smile! Wonderful person. The staff could not do enough for us. They are very informative, and helped us with arranging car rental. Offered ice for our drinks whenever we needed them. Adjusted the water temperature in a hot tub whenever we wanted. I am so grateful for every one of them! The sunset view is incredible. The location is super quiet so you can enjoy the beautiful views without the crowds, noise etc. There are several small supermarkets and restaurants around. After being in many similar hotels in Santorini, this one has exceeded my wildest dreams for a lot less money than others with similar features. I cannot wait to stay there again!!!!

Walk from imerovigli to fira was a bit tough so not recommended if there are difficulties getting around. Breakfast was also not super friendly if you have allergies as it changes everyday and is limited (my husband has a peanut allergy and could not eat anything but the coffee the one day) it's also alot of bread/gluten.

Breakfast was amazing, the view was incredible, everyone was so sweet and helpful (they gave us all the best spots to eat and information to get around). Was a luxurious 5 star resort for the 2 star budget.

Kristin, John and cleaners were all amazing. Breakfast served is nice. Kristan is the one of the most friendliest host we have met. Location is second to none, with beautiful view of Caldera and sunset.

The view from our place was incredible, the location was perfect (just far away enough from the cliffside walking paths to be quiet and peaceful but still with amazing views) the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast on the front balcony each morning was delightful. We can't recommend this place more

Vallais Villa checked off all the boxes for staying in Santorini! Amazing caldera views and beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and the breakfasts were delicious. There were four of us, and the room was very spacious and comfortable for all of us.

Nothing - it was perfect!

This hotel by far is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The customer service and friendliness of everyone who works there is top notch. The room was spotless, view was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and service spectacular. They arranged our pickup from the port, and once we got there Roberto was waiting for us with a huge smile to show us to the reception area. At reception, Kristoff was very informative giving us information about the area, bus schedules, maps, and recommendations. They even gave us a welcome glass of wine when we arrived! Roberto and Kristoff always went above and beyond with their service. They were also extremely responsive with any questions I had before the trip. The location was great; outside of the hustle of Oia and Fira, but still plenty of restaurants nearby. The bus stop to Fira was within 5 minute walking distance, and the Fira to Oia walking trail was within a few minute walk from our room. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Loved the whole experience. Waking in the morning to a beautiful view and then watching amazing sunsets from the privacy of our terrace overlooking the caldera. Roberto brought delicious breakfasts to start the day. Lukas and Kostos were always available to help with reservations and to answer our endless questions. We walked to Fira and took a bus to Oia. They were lovely but crowded and touristy. Our little slice of heaven was peaceful and we could sit on our terrace and enjoy the scenery without throngs of people walking by. I will try to post a picture but it won't do this gem of a place the ten plus stars it deserves.

One assessment is correct – paradise, and the service are angels. Fantastic location, beautiful view of the sunset, spacious, charming rooms, in Greek style, high standard. Nearby pleasant restaurants, local cuisine - delicious seafood. Service very helpful, also advising places worth visiting on the island. Thank you for all, we will be happy to come back to this place.
