View from our room was amazing! We had small hot tub on the terrace, room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall very nice experience!

No complaints. Really enjoyed my stay. There is an uphill climb to hotel and lots of stairs but staff took care of my bags in and out even w early flight so just excellent

The walk to the main road is a bit tiring with the stairs but it is a price to pay for this amazing view. The breakfast could have been a little more diversified but overall it was ok.

The room, the view from the balcony, the hot tub, it was absolutely amazing and took some nice pictures too :D They also provide a porter to help bring your luggage to the room (very useful given the stairs)

Bedroom in loft and bathroom down a ladder (at night).

Ocean view was magical. Location was convenient to Fira, and we did a couple of activities and this was very easy to do from our location. Breakfast was really good.

To sum it up in one word, Spectacular!!!! Loved everything about this place, especially that view. Definite highlight of our stay in Santorini. Too many steps to negotiate up and down each day for older people. Site does not explain that. We expected stairs in Santorini of course but 155 steps was a lot each day

1. Poor instruction on how to reach the property. Instead of a complicated map for a newcomer a GPS coordinate was enough 2. Property should be accessible by WhatsApp 3. Too many stairs 5 to 6 floors to reach the room

Tzekos Villas location is amazing. Our view looked out over the pool and to where the cruise ships docked. Our private patio in combination with the seating at the pool was incredibly relaxing for us at all hours. We were here in early April. The pool was open as was the pool bar. A quieter time of year which suited us perfectly. Breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold options. Delicious. Upon arrival, we were met by staff who brought our luggage to our room as there were stairs to navigate. Location is excellent. Walking distance to all the restaurants plus the bus station and lower town.

Many stairs inside the property (because of nature of this area) and there was no elevator. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

We liked almost everything The view, the room, the pool area, staff and the breakfast.

The stairs in the property were no issue for us however there are around 4 flights between the swimming pool and the main reception then another flight to reach the exit.

Property was great and location perfect! The breakfast amazing and would highly recommend adding this on. Staff were so helpful and carried our luggage up and down from our room.

So many steps . But it’s worth it for the view of the volcano.

The view was amazing and the location is good. Plus the jacuzzi we had was wonderful, the staff was also very helpful and nice.
