Location location location! Perched on a cliff out of town with a beautiful sunset view. Lovely private pool with view for miles. Comfortable property, lovely staff especially Sandy who went above and beyond to make us welcome. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful villa with amazing views . The staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was bought to your villa and you could enjoy the views and have it by the poolside.

We visited out of season so some facilities weren't open. Would have been nice, but not essential to have had a bar at the villa as we had some days in. We did have a mini bar in the room.

The location was away from the city centre which we liked (only 10mins by taxi). Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities were very clean and the staff were amazing and could not do more for you. Breakfast brought to you everyday!! Breath taking views from the villa, with an unobscured view of the sunset. We felt very safe and one of the best holidays we have ever had. Will definitely return!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Thermes. The setting was truly spectacular - even more beautiful than the photos on the website. From your private pool, you get a panoramic view of the caldera and the rest of Santorini. It's in a quiet town, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of the island. In addition to a wonderful setting, our villa was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Finally, the staff was incredible - so warm and helpful. They met our every need and even advised us on what to see in Athens. I HIGHLY recommend Thermes. You will not be disappointed.

The pool was to cold in the middle october

This is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my entire life. Breathtaking view. From the first moment we arrived, Kiki came to receive us from the car in the parking lot. As we entered, Yoro brought us fruit and champagne and took care of everything we needed and many times more. It was simply outstanding hospitality. The best hosts we have ever had. A huge and pampering aura!!! Jacuzzi, pool, 4 bathrooms and shower, very comfortable beds. Full of spaces that allowed space for children to play hide and seek even. The facilities need renovation in some areas. Villas are close to each other and you hear everything is going on at your neighbour‘s. Especially at the swimming pool area. There is no restaurant and this place is a bit far from everything. You have to go 10-15 min to the nearest village to find a restaurant. The air conditioning box outside produce noise at night as it is placed near the window of main parental bedrum, wich are unfortunately not on the sea side with a view, but on the side of entrance. You can’t enjoy fresh night air cos you have to close window at night.

The view is astonishing. The swimming pool is nice and played the central place of attraction for kids). The welcome food with sparkling vine was also very pleasant. Staff was unbelievably helpful. Every small demand was satisfied. They organised all transfers for us and late leaving with SPA access. We went 2 times to the nice restaurant-taverna Raki nearby, recommended by reception staff. There was no Nutella at the hotel, but they bought it especially for our son’s breakfast. We were difficult clients, but services were just perfect.

I didn’t like the big bathroom! It didn’t look that it was cleaned before we got there! There was dirt and wet towels still in there.

Fee options for breakfast, one morning we woke up invaded by ants in the kitchen area and the fridge has not been cleaned for a long time.

What not to like! Everything was perfect!

This was an amazing short break with friends from work. The villa is beautiful with spacious rooms and minimal design. The pool area and private pool is fantastic with several seating options to relax including a beautiful hammock. We absolutely loved the outdoor pool area where we spent most of our time. Indoor jacuzzi was also a bonus! The views are spectacular and the sunset time majestic. We were especially happy to encounter staff that were very professional, responsive and offered great service with a friendly smile. We felt welcomed instantly. We wish we had more days to spend.

We booked to stay here as a special treat for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was the best decision. Our Villa was spacious with amazing caldera view. The location is unbeatable and very private. It is very close to Megalochori village where you can go for a stroll, meal, wine tasting, cooking class or a music performance. At the same time it is far away from the overcrowded Fira or Oia. Big private pool, large outdoor seating area, tasty breakfast, attentive staff, I would definitely book again. A friend of mine booked here for their wedding and has just the same to say about this stunning place.

As we were visiting at the very start of the season, the weather remained cold and windy. The pool is not heated and we were not able to use it. Also, we had to keep the heavy wooden doors closed in order to keep the place heated, so that we did not enjoy the great views when inside. The free amenities were very limited. Apart from a free welcoming drink and fruit platter, all items from the fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were chargeable. This was in contrast to similarly ranked properties that we have stayed in, in other locations. There are no shops within safe walking distance (a bakery and a super market are geographically close, but there are no footpaths on which a family could safely reach them). Breakfast is served in the villa. Guests can choose the night before from a breakfast menu. Cooked options arrived cold for us (understandably so given the seasonal winds - but this shows that the system is not ideal). The countryside around the property is unfortunately covered in litter and abandoned vehicles/tires.

The ladies running the place were extremely friendly and welcoming. They strived to make our stay perfect. The views over the caldera are amazing and the sunsets are stunning.

The price is well above average and our villa was in need of some repairs especially in the bathrooms. Although the bathroom on the ground floor is large, the space is poorly used and does not have a shower, only a large bathtub with a hand shower. The upstairs bedroom could have more privacy.

Spectacular view! Wonderful sunset, no need to travel to Oia especially in high season. Wonderful breakfast, with lots of variety and plenty. The entire hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Very good location if you have a car, close to the port and shops.

The double bedroom didn't have a proper duvet unlike the 2 single bed room where they had duvet. Something too look at for the future.

The view from the room was amazing. The pool and the surrounding area was great. We got upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom even though we only needed to rooms but because our son was autistic they gave us the 3 bedroom as 2 rooms are on the same floor.
