The location was perfect, we had the best view of the beautiful sunset. The room and interior was lovely and the staff were very friendly, they organised a transfer for us from the port to the property and from the property to the airport which was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and was served every morning which was a buffet of tasty food. Overall, a beautiful stay in Santorini!

The view was stunning, because this acommodation is right in front of the churches with the blue roofs. Very huge cave apartments, which is typical for Oía- nice exeperience though. The owner and the receptionist Precilla were lovely! The breakfast was perfect! Thank you very this outstanding experience.

Location is great. Amazing views, not directly of the sun setting into the horizon, since there is a roof in the way but you see everything else, and almost all the way down. Friendly staff.

Nobody’s answering my phone calls for several times when I reached the location (hotel) although I can hear the phone ringing as I was just outside the door of the hotel.

The location was perfect, fabulous place to watch the spectacular sunset over the Caldera. The staff at Theodora Suites were excellent, always helpful, friendly and really do ensure your stay is a pleasant one. The breakfast was served on our terrace each morning, it was very good with plenty of choice and a glorious view as an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay at Theodora Suites and would highly recommend this place as a holiday destination.

We had an amazing stay during our honeymoon. Fantastic location within Santorini. The room was lovely and we had sunset views with our own hot tub. All suggestions made by the team were spot on for food and day trips.

Here’s the rub - and it doesn’t directly have anything to do with the property. Santorini is besieged with cruise trip passengers, often 9 to 10,000 per day. The island struggles to accommodate this many additional bodies, and was not designed for this. Guess where at least many hundreds of them come? Right to this part of the caldera, right outside the demarcation of the entrance to Theodora Suites and other properties in this immediate area. The cruise ship passengers are like feral cats, with hissing (at each other) and everything. And the thing is they don’t belong there. There is a rope, that is supposed the demark the area where they are to stay away from, which is reserved for paying hotel guests only. But, they remove the rope and stampede in. I did see one hotelier of the area shoo them all away like cats, but it doesn’t last for long. Cruise ships hire photographers who lure the cruise passengers right to this area wearing expensive gowns for a “photo-shoot”, and believe they are the exception to entering an area where they’re supposed to stay away from. It was difficult to enter or exit our room, having to get through hundreds of people crammed into a tiny beautiful passageway. And they didn’t want to move. I put on my “patience face” and figured out how to say “excuse me” without being angry or sarcastic. It didn’t work. One woman barked at me, “THERE’S A CUE”. I kept my calm as stated that I stayed there. She backed down, and episode over. There were other interactions that didn’t go as well. A first-step solution would be to put a sign on the rope warning non-hotel guests to refrain from passing. I don’t believe this will work, given the nature of the cruise ship passengers. Next step, and fob-controlled gate. If this doesn’t work, the passage way needs to be manned.

The traditional-style “cave room”, located on the cliff-caldera, had arguably the best, most iconic view of all Santorini (from the terrace above the room). The price was better than other properties located in this area. We were aware the property did not have an on-site restaurant (although the breakfast was great), or “infinity” pool. But we weren’t looking for these. We wanted a cave-room with a view, and we got way more than we asked for! The price was far better than resorts with these amenities. The house-keeping and breakfast were fantastic.

Everything! As it is stated in the description, the location is perfect, the best sunset view in Oia. Breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable. Rich breakfast was served every morning with a lot of different choices for everyone. And for the very end, the service of Theodora Suites deserves the most credit for making our stay here unforgettable.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL.

Theodora Suites was absolutely fantastic. Our host Nikki was such a great help to us when planning excursions and also had excellent suggestions on dinning out. Nikki made our trip to Santorini one that we will never forget. She and the staff were so attentive to our needs even bringing us wine every night for sunset. The service overall is the best I've ever experienced. The room was comfortable, well decorated and well equipped with everything we could need including a well stocked kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was easily regulated. I never felt like it was humid or musty which I've read can be an issue in most hotels on the island. The hottub was warm and Nikki was able to have it turned up for us, I like it hot. The best part of our stay had to be SUNSET, these suites are a perfect unobstructed view of sunset from the privacy of your own balcony. I can't stress enough how busy and chaotic the area becomes right before sunset and we didn't have to deal with any of it. The suite also has many restraunts and shops right next to it. If we wanted to grab dinner 5 minute walk.. drinks 5 minute walk.. shopping 5 minute walk. I did alot of searching (months) and finally decided on Theodora Suites. IF A ROOM IS AVAILABLE JUST BOOK IT!! You won't regret it I promise. Thanks again for such an amazing stay! We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Santorini again.

Location is super good near to restaurants and shops. Lovely accommodation with patio sitting and jacuzzi. Our host Niki is super friendly and helpful with everything. She took us around Oia and showed all the best spots for photography and selfie. The best Santorini vacation!
