My sister and I had a lovely 4 night break at Avaton Suites & Villas at the start of the season. Within walking distance of both the beach & town, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. A peaceful oasis! Eleni and her team were so attentive, they made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Always checking we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. Eleni was so cheerful and helpful - we really appreciated her level of customer service.

We loved our stay in this Villa! It is so modern, light, bright and very minimalistic. However has all the things you would need for your comfortable holiday.very comfortable beds, soft sheets, heated pool, amazing eating area and cooking facilities. Surrounded by olive trees and gives privacy for holiday. It is a 10min walk to the town, very easy and flat. The communication from the host is very good. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!

Really can't fault it. Communication and entry instructions were through and precise. As well as being very quick to respond to enquiries. The flat is centrally located and in a quiet part of Athens with locals, so there was no disruption to sleep, but it's also only about a 10 min walk to the Acropolis Museum and all the historical attractions. As well as being about 5-10 mins from two metro stations.

Excellent location, the apartment is comfortable, on the 7th floor there is a large terrace with a wonderful view of Athens and the Acropolis, especially in the evening. Due to our early arrival, the owner allowed us to leave our luggage safely in their office on the 6th floor. There are free parking spaces in front of the building, the locals warned us that vehicles are often broken into. We had no problems.

The only thing we didn't like were the showers, where it was difficult to get the water at the right temperature. It was either very very hot or cold.

The apartment is excellently placed at a half an hour walk distance from the Acropolis, but also in a neighbourhood with bookshops, coffee shops, small local restaurants, with the sense of "normal" that we always look for. Very clean and with enough kitchen equipment for travellers. A small supermarket across the street. Many thanks to our invisible host :)

The unavoidable traffic noise at night, that actually has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Call it the city vibe.

Stayed with a group of 5 last week. It was an amazing time. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Jerry the bartender stood out to us the most as he was very friendly and welcoming and made the best drinks. Staff at reception were very helpful with taxis and rental cars for us

Even though we loved our stay, we would have like their card machines to be working as we did run out of euros and not many ATMs were located in or around the hotel
