Across the street there are some public municipality parking, so they are noisy early in morning when they leave to work. But if you close terrace window glass is a bit soundproof. If you like to sleep near open terrace expect some truck/ diggers/ forklifts noise

Plenty of parking space in front, 2 min drive from beach and 3 from center of city. Older but comfy rooms, some renovation is needed, but i guess that would pump up price, good value for money. To sum up not so bad

Small bathroom. Toilet flush not working. Beds are to low. No privacy walls between balconies. I missed a small table in the room.

It is close to the beach and tavernas. Access is easy. Street is wide and parking is not a problem. Refrigerator and air condition worked well. Good barbeque area,

I didn't like that there was some noise from the street and that the studio was not well maintained (almost everything inside was old and in bad shape). And finally there wasn't any blanket for the bed, but just a sheet and a bed cover. It was a cold night, and I am sure that the hosts would have come to bring me one if I had call them, but it was 11pm, so I decided to not bother them so late.

The place is quite simple and the quality corresponds to the price.. Well, with one exception - it has really kind and responsive hosts :) The room overlooks the street. It has a working fridge and some basic kitchen appliances. It has a beautiful garden which I didn't use, because it was raining..

The studios are not far from the center and the beach. There is a barbeque in the studios' garden. Every studio has a balcony.

The road intersection from there was qouite nasty and the noises from the cars,trucks or mopeds.

For me the location was good . Theodosius is the best hoost which you can get it. I will be vack for the next year.

We found that there was barely enough soap for us and that there lacked any shampoo. It might be a good idea to clean the rooms at least every 3 days because of all the sand that people bring.

The place is good value for the money. We stayed with our dogs and did not have any issues. The room was fine, having the bare minimum of amenities. Every room has a balcony which is useful for dining in. The location is overall convenient as you can park on the street and go to the beach on foot. The host was nice and responsive.

Very clean, very good service. Very calm area, you can really relax. And if you need some action, the center of the town is 5 min walk.

We had a very nice stay at the property. The host is very kind and quiqly responded to all of our quests. We enjoyed the back yard very much, as well as the barbecue. The rooms have been cleaned every 2 days (linen and towels changed). The beach is close enough, also there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

An extension to our building was under construction. Construction workers and machinery started work at 7am just 50 meters from the rooms. The house is located on the main street in an industrial area and the noise from trucks and cars does not stop for at least 10 hours. There was no WiFi access in our room all the time. The shower was broken.

Must change the furniture and little repair for the rooms, the wardrobe is not very comfortable.

The room was dirty, bathroom was around 20 years old. I wanted to pay an extra 30% to be able to stay in the room 2 hours longer ( I work remotely and I needed the room until 1 PM) but my offer was refused in a rude way. Staff is not speaking any language except Greek, cleaning ladies are super noisy and ignore the guests. The common area outside was filthy. We left the next day and it was a good decsion.
