Lets go.. First time coming to this place 1.Rooms - New good looking tidiness 100 % equipped maximally 10 out of 10 from all aspects ( towels changed regularly and refreshed) 2.Pool side - Organizer great, breakfast station neatly organized provided above and beyond service, pool always clean and ready to use 3. Parking - always parking available on premises all the time 4. Host - AMAIZING people 10 out of 10 Kostas and his wife nicest people I ever meet in hospitality business always friendly always providing extra above and beyond service, communicative friendly helpful in any way possible 5. Beaches - Just amazing- Kostas provided me with a map of the beaches and places to visit I will definitely come here again and again and I will recommend this place to everyone I know In my opinion this place is better from any 5* hotels I have been so far . Thanks for the amazing experience <3

Too bad the pool couldn't be used during the night. (without supervision from the owners)

I rented one of the apartments from downstairs and it turned out to be a good choice, even during the warmest period we slept without AC because fresh air came from the forest in the back. Also, the noise from the road is not a problem, the apartment was very clean and once every 3 days someone came and changed bedsheets and towels. Good location for those who want to explore various beaches of Sithonia.

There is absolutely NO storage space for clothes, baggages, etc.

Very nice and modern finishes, big balcony, we had a great stay. However, I had never thought I will the following problem: there was absolutely NO storage for clothes, baggages, etc. In the end we managed by keeping everything packed in the baggage and just pick stuff directly from the baggage. Also, after removing the bedside tables, I put the baggages on each side of the bed, because there is literally NO other space in the room to put them. This was the only inconvenience, everything else was perfect, very nice room and bathroom, host was very nice. One more thing, breakfast is ... frugal, the continental box for 2 people, but we managed, it was okay. Although coffee comes with breakfast, I suggest to go to the shop across the road and buy coffee from there, they have very good coffee.

It’s off a busy road so make sure to signal as you pull in to the property, especially if you have cars behind you. There really is no way to get there and around the area except for renting a car but you’ll find the drive quite enjoyable.

The room was great. It was very clean with lots of lighting options. I ended up bringing groceries because there was a kitchen. And the kitchen was furnished with cooking and kitchenware.

The only "negative" thing about the apartment is it's location - it's on the main road of Sithonia and therefore it can get loud in "busy hours" like late morning, around sunset and around midnight.

The apartment is brand new, very modern and beautiful, spotless clean and comfortable 😊 The staff are amazing and they helped us in the middle of the night when we had a small accident with the key 😅

- The WiFi could have been faster, but I figured that internet speed is a problem everywhere in Sithonia

Friendliness, spotless cleanliness, very well renovated room, nicely designed, they offered me a small gift bottle of wine too. The garden and parking were very abundant.

The hotel is on the main road, a few minutes from the beach. The owner met us and helped with renting a boat, which we appreciated. The room in the ground floor is packed with a double bed and a bunk bed, with no room suitcases or anything else. The room does not look anywhere close to the pictures in Booking (and I think that Booking should verify pictures, to avoid cases like this). The included breakfast (see picture) was actually a "lunch box", served to the room. This is NOT considered breakfast by any means. The room was not cleaned the following day and we had to use the wet towels. We had difficulties opening the door at night and it appeared that we had to use abnormal extensive force. The kitchenette looks OK - we did not use it. The bathroom is pretty new but the water splashes all over and the whole place looks like a mass. We left in the evening and decided not to stay another overnight though we paid for it.

Would appreciate if there was a heads up about the bathrooom having no door whatsover.

Newly refurbished room, stylish and very clean. Close to great beaches and downtown. Very quiet & serene surroundings.
