The location of the hotel was in a prime position situated in the centre of the 'old' city. Breakfast was more than sufficient and well presented. Room was very comfortable.

What should have been a perfect location in heart of Old Town marred by live music venue nearby, with the rock band commencing at 11p.m nearly every night. Closing windows to deaden noise necessitates noisy air con usage.

Sofia is a charming, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful flowers around the property. Everywhere is immaculately clean. Sofia’s home made breakfast extras are excellent.

There was nothing to dislike .

Everything , it was clean ,comfortable , quiet and ideally situated for exploring everything in Rhodes Old Town . The breakfast , served on the terrace was excellent, with fresh juice , fresh fruit , pastries , toast , eggs , meats and cheese , yogurt and honey .

We left the window open one night to let the fresh air in but one of the bars was quite noisy. Thankfully you couldn’t hear a thing when the window was closed so we opted for the air con the following evening!

The location of Sofia Pension in the old town was perfect. Located in the old town, our room was close to everything but set back from the bars and clubs etc. We found some excellent cafes for breakfast just around the corner (Porca Vacca was our favourite for fruit and yoghurt). The room was very reasonably priced a good size and had a very comfy bed. The host was really friendly and was very helpful.

The only thing that could have been improved was the Wifi signal strength, but we managed ok.

Very convenient location within the old city walled area of Rhodes. A 10 minute walk from the bus station or taxi drop-off. Sofia, the owner, was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She is not there all the time - but she is very responsive. Very nice to sit with her, have a cup of coffee and hear about some of her life. The main tourist sites are within easy walking distance, along with many bars and restaurants. The back streets of the old medieval city also have small artisanal shops and surprising little squares, churches etc.

The room was immaculately clean and serviced daily. The breakfasts made by the lovely Sofia were homemade and excellent. Loved the verandah space to sit out and relax. Also the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Lots of pot plants and a great location; very quiet and yet right in the centre of the old city.

Had a great stay at this pension. Great location, in a quiete part of the old town but just a very short walk from the restaurants and shopping area. Sofia is a lovely, very helpful host.

So central to the main areas of the Old Town, yet in a very quiet location, Sofia’s rooms were actually perfect for us. If we visit Rhodes again, we will definitely stay at Sofia’s. It was all in all, perfect,

I hadn't realised that breakfast wasn't included so we left without paying. Sofia sent me a message explaining I hadn't paid so I sent her the payment. This should have been made clearer in the hotel description and also when we were there.

Lovely quiet location away from the bustle of the old town but just a few minutes walk away from all the museums etc. Very helpful staff who helped us book an electric taxi to the port which is not far but big cases are hard work on cobbles! On the way there, we got a taxi from the airport who cannot take you into the old town so he drops you off and then you get an electric golf style buggy at no charge. The pensione is quite old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast (not included) is on the lovely roof terrace.

Fulla was waiting for me even though I was a bit late and got lost. İt's easy to find, but my mobile wasn't working. The AC works wonderfully, the room was large, and the bed comfortable. Mama Sofia was there on my last morning and arranged a well-priced taxi for my trip to the airport. Would thoroughly recommend and will stay there again.

Great location, good size rooms, roof top terrace. Sofia is an amazing host! Nothing is too much trouble. Big breakfast every morning served by Sofia and Maria, always asking is we need anything else.

The room was kind of little. There was also a second sofa/bed that we did not asked for/needed and it occupied a lot of the room space for no reason. We could see the furniture was kind of old and worn out, and I could say the room kind of needed a deep cleaning because some of the furniture was dusty and stains in the bathroom. The fridge and the air conditioning in the room were very noisy and could bother us sleeping.

The pension was right in the middle of the old town, with great access to all the tavernas, and close to the port, bus stations and all the attractions of Rhodes town. The ladies administrating the place were attentive to all our needs, changed our towels and bedsheets every 2 days, and always asked if we need something else. In the last day they even let us stay in the room until later that day because our flight was an evening one and the room was spare that day, so we could keep our luggages in the room and have a rest before the flight. The breakfast was fulfilling, although the same everyday.

The location is perfect. In the center of the historic city; it is quiet and comfy. They have a beautiful garden and the rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is tasty, various and fresh. The host is very helpful and nice.

We had a bit of trouble with the Aircon, but when the owner came to look at it, it was working perfectly!

The location was excellent. Close to everything but just away from the noisy tourist areas. The roof garden was lovely. The terrace and breakfast was very nice.

The location of the pension is gorgeous. It is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner of the pension is very helpful and nice. If you choose this pension, you will have a peaceful holiday.

Everything was amazing. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Great aircon. We absolutely loved the terrace, perfect for morning coffee. The accommodation is located in a quiet street, but just in the middle of the Old Town. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t enjoy more, and would recommend it to everyone!

Bathroom was adequate, so was the room. But room maybe a bit cramped. (However, the whole Pension had a great old fashioned atmosphere, with a great open roof area looking over the town).

Old town Rhodes is a beautiful place, and Sofia Pension is a great location in the middle of the city. The staff looked after us and arranged mini electric taxi to take us and luggage out of the narrow streets of the town.

Everything was great.

Location excellent, quiet area but within minutes of the Old Town attractions, shops and restaurants. Good variety at breakfast, plenty of it, great start to the day. Nothing is too much trouble for Sofia, her family and staff - made us feel so welcome. Loved the roof terrace, very peaceful and benefits from some shade, great place to relax after sightseeing Good air con in rooms - weather was very hot so we appreciated this very much. We all loved our stay.

The beds are simple and the shower is quite small which is more a European thing than specific to Sofia’s, but is worth noting if you are larger or have mobility issues.

We are so happy we stayed here. The family is so warm and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent for the price. The rooftop view and seating area was perfect in the morning and evening and the location is close to everything in the Old City. When we had a problem with the air conditioner they came over at 10pm to help us and called to wish us a good rest of our trip when we had to leave in the early morning to catch the ferry. Hospitality, cleanliness and location 10/10.
