The room with private pool had unbelievable views and felt very private. Perfect to celebrate our anniversary and my wife's birthday. The service was fantastic and all of the staff made sure we had the best time. I can only sing their praises. The restaurant doesn't have a huge selection but what it does do, is done extremely well as the food is amazing. We were so sad to leave this hotel but will definitely be back.

The suite was exceptional and very private. The suite looks much nicer in person than in the pictures. We were very pleased with the service there. Very accommodating and kind staff. They welcomed us with drinks and a cheese platter. The location was away from the noise and croud but still walking distance to some nice restaurants. The breakfast sent to the room was great. Huge selection to pick from and very delicious and fun experience to have breakfast while you enjoy the view from the comfort of your suite. The pool was warm and cleaned everyday.

I wish the breakfast was included on checkout day. It would have been great before the ferry.

The view was amazing and the staff was even more wonderful. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay if you are considering it. Also definitely opt in for the daily breakfast as the menu had so many options accomodating many diets and allergies. The spa was also to die for.

Skyfall was stunning! I stayed here for my birthday and got such great treatment! The villa was amazing and the pool was big and WARM so perfect for late night swims. The staff was superb, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were great and delivery on time. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and even the restaurant on the property was amazing.

Beautiful facility. Breathtaking views. BUT, all of that is nothing compared to the attentiveness of the staff. Need to call out Mienas and Dina in particular who worked so hard to make us feel comfortable and relaxed despite the fact that we didn’t get all of our luggage until the last day. no detail was too small for this incredible staff.

Outside of the weather being out of the control of the staff, any issues were resolved quickly. The hot tub was lukewarm but the staff were able to help resolve and increased the temperature. The spa person had cold hands on the day my partner went and also the oils were cold meaning it wasn't the best experience. The treatment was also for 60mins and it was more around 45mins.

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome from the people on reception to the staff in restaurant, the cleaners and everyone in-between. Very friendly, easy to chat to and couldn't do enough to help. The room and facilities were also very good. Excellent space, more breakfast than you can manage in one sitting is always a treat to wake up to. Thanks for making our stay so great.

Only issue is that we went in October, the wind was crazy and we were cold on the terrace in the mornings for sunrise. Due to hot tub heating limits, there was only one evening that was actually warm enough to enjoy the hot tub for an extended time. It's possible heating it all day would have made it warm enough, but seems wasteful, so I get it. Tiny issue with internet, but evening staff really helpful to resolve.

Beautiful room, close to a shopping center, terrific welcome wine and cheese, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, super helpful, restaurant awesome, car rental easy, boat offering fantastic. Definitely would go again, love that it is adults only.

Skyfall Suites was a great boutique hotel stay in Santorini! It's in a more "authentic" area of the island and the views of the vineyards and mountain are stunning! The food was farm to table and everything was made in house (even the butter and jam at breakfast). The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, as well. This was definitely a highlight of our stay!
