A little more choice on the breakfast offering at the adjacent cafe would have been nice, but can't fault what was on offer.

Excellent location in Fira, next to the bus station, tour company pick up points and local shops and amenities. The room was basic but clean and well maintained.

Aircon didn't work when we arrived, they did quickly fix it though. The tiny bathroom.

We only stayed one night. Might have wanted more if we had stayed longer on the island, but we were passing through, and convenience was enough.

The bathroom is tiny TINY.

The location is PERFECT. The building have no elevator so have that in mind if you are bringing multiple luggages. The breakfast it's fine. And not so bad for 2 to 3 nights The bed is a bit hard. Mine have a little balcony. The bus station is 3 minutes walking. So it's quite noisy.

Beds are not too comfortable. Room is a bit dated. The worst is restaurant. We ended up not eating breakfasts at the hotel as was served juices in dirty glasses. We were never presented a menu thus requested vegy option & got becon. Staff informed us there was no coffee or water at 9am as they run out. Restaurant was dirty & simply too little people to manage. So we were very put off going there the next days

Great location. It's steps away from the city center & bus stop. Those are the biggest advantages.

1) The hotel people are nice – provide all you need every day. 2) The breakfast in restaurant next hotel building – the food and service so good –sit there & enjoy. 3) Three floor building is in best location – near bus station & taxi stop.

Maybe sometimes you feel like some smell coming from the bathroom,but it's not that terrible. There could be at least one more option for breakfast,but since it was included,I think the breakfast was fine
