Enjoyed my stay at Petini's place. It is right in the middle of the action. Walking distance from everything, cafes, bars, restaurants, public transport and so on. Would definitely recommend.

Floor with ceramic tiles - will be nice if disposal slippers is provided as the floor is a bit cold to step on

Location - close to everything I need in Santorini i.e. caldera view, transport, food etc Room - Clean & come with basic amenities such as fridge, kettle & lots of coffee, tea and sweets. Also a terrace that provides sunlight to the room Check in & out - Smooth with the help of a staff working in the shop below Roof top terrace - Even though no caldera view, it is cosy with sunrise in the morning

You could hear loud music until late.

We are just about to checkout after 2 nights here. The apartment is in a fantastic location very central to Fira and only 2 minutes away from the bus station for visiting around the island. The check-in is done in the shop below which they own and they got our room ready before official check-in time. They will keep your bags if the room is not ready. We were taken to our room and shown all the facilities in a beautifully decorated room (No.3). It had a comfortable double bed, clean bathroom and good air-con as well as a fridge with complimentary waters, croissants and plentiful supply of tea/coffee. There was a wonderful large roof terrace with sun-loungers and seating areas with fantastic views and sea views to both sides of the island. The owner was super friendly and nice as well as his young female staff in the shop and he gave us wonderful advice to visit Pyrgos as an alternative to the sea view walks that we had already done. As people have said before there is a nightclub with loud music until early hours but the earplugs supplied did help with that. Anything in central Fira would probably hear that. Amazing value in great location booked 2 days before we came.

It's really noisy like club at night to 4am or something like that as people comment. It was ok at daytime but night time.... I couldn't sleep even though I took sleeping pills. but good thing was that they prepared ear plugs. It helped me to sleep.

I really like spending time at roof top with coffee there !!!!!! Room is comfy and staff was very kind I feel !!!!! Free water and Croissants were really good when I arrived there. Location is very convenient. but you shouldn't go to near small Supermarket. It was too expensive so you need to walk 7 mins to get a big supermarket. It's my just advice.

we love the great location, near to everything and bus station to go to different city of Santorini. 5 minutes to the bus station. 3 minute to the center walking, Excellent view at the property. Near good restaurant and Shopping store. The owner very polite and friendly. He recommend us different place to have good view of the sunset and restaurant. we enjoyed our stay in Santorini , definitive I one back.

Sometimes you get music noise from local night clubs

In line with other reviews the property is quite noisy at night. I think other rooms will be quieter, but our room (#4) backed right onto the club which went until 4am. Not an issue if you sleep well and have good earplugs.

The property is located in the centre of Fira just down the road from the bus station. It’s a great place to explore Santorini from.

The fridge was leaking when we arrived but they sorted out quickly.

Very well located, central to go everywhere on the island by bus and town. Quiet surprisingly for Fira. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, cosy balcony. The room is made every day like a hotel, with new bathroom towels, shampoos, paper roll, drinkable water, free juices, tea, coffee, peanut sesame local sweets. Host very responsive and helpful.
