There are no shops, cafe or supermarket near the hotel. For everything you have to travel by car or taxi. Booking's advertisement states that there is a washing machine and a dryer in the room, but this is not true. There are paid laundry services and the difference is big for those who come with a family and for several days. The hotel itself has a lot of potential to be amazing but right now there are things that need to be improved. For example - one day we were without water in the room and other days there was no hot water. Another day there was no internet. At the same time, as soon as they knew about the faults, they tried to fix them as quickly as possible.

The view is the most significant part of the hotel. Simply wonderful and exactly in the place for those who need to relax and recover. The room itself is very large and spacious, the beds are comfortable and there are all the accessories needed for a comfortable stay. Also, in my opinion and in the opinion of the rest of my family, the breakfasts were great and very tasty, served in abundance and suitable for vegetarians like us. The staff did their best to make us feel comfortable, always with a smile and good will.

There was a small path in front of the room which meant there wasn’t full privacy of the plunge pool , however it wasn’t accessed often.

Amazing views, spacious room, comfortable bed. The perfect place to relax, especially in the plunge pool. The breakfast was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The location is great for privacy but is isolated and requires a lot of walking if you don’t wish to pay the taxi fees (which were expensive) - would recommend hiring a car/ATV.

VIEWS FOR DAYS!!! Staff (Katerina and John) were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. When my wife needed a bandaid John had a friend drop some off until we could get to the pharmacy!

Nothing, be prepared for quiet relaxing location

Wow what can I say. We have been home for several days and we are still missing this place. Everything was just wonderful about our stay. The staff are all amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Our room was pretty special, the view, the pool and interior all spectacular. The breakfasts are delicious and a daily delight to have this served on our terrace. The location is quiet but that is to be embraced when you see our busy Fira and Oia are. We left feeling very relaxed. Truly a very special place.

Room was too hot. AC did not work at all. Drainage system poor - when use sink, water bubbled up from drain on floor. Breakfast was very average. Location is not great - in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to do there. Too expensive for the location.

It is very quite. Like superquiet, this is for People who dont like the crowd. Like to go bed at 22:00/23:00. You have good privacy and amazing view. And the staf is very Nice.

I understand the difficulties of running a kitchen for a small number of villas but some more flexibility around meal times, ordering etc would be good. In the interiors of our villa the aesthetics had been placed over practicality and comfort, so some things looked great but weren’t functional.

Absolutely amazing location. Stunning views of the Caldera with plenty of space to enjoy in your own private areas. We loved that the location was quiet and out of the way. Friendly helpful staff who assisted with transfers during our stay etc. The food was good. The villas are a stylish modern interpretation of the classic Santorini style

Great location with a beautiful view if you’re looking to have some privacy. The staff and the whole crew were amazing! I don’t usually write reviews…don’t have time. But I travel all the time stay in multiple hotels and I have never received such a personable service such as we did at Santonero…Katerina and the guys were incredibly helpful! They arrange everything for me for my partners 50th birthday and we’re incredibly accommodating! When I asked about checking out a day earlier as my partner wanted to experience one night in Oia they were happy to help and even provided a refund for the final night! Everything with them was flawless and such an enjoyable experience! I can’t recommend the service you receive from them more highly! Super attentive super responsive! Just all round really made our trip and my life a lot easier! Thank you again Katerina and team!! 🫶🏼

The property is very clean which seems to require a total external wash not sure if we were just unlucky but we woke up to the sound of a jet hose on the roof at 7 am on our last morning
