We loved everything

Complete privacy, huge space with your own private pool and sun beds. The rooms itself was spacious with separate sleeping and lounge areas, which is rare to come by in Santorini. The location is a 10 min walk away from Oia. Some other reviews suggest it’s a steep walk up to Oia but you will find this everywhere in Santorini, the walk was not a problem for us at all and we did it multiple times a day. We had private massages by the pool and a great breakfast everyday. Tassos, the villa manager was on standby 24/7 for us, anything we wanted, he would deliver for example, car rentals, car transfers, daily itineraries with Google maps directions, even insights to car parking close to the main tourist attractions. He booked all our reservations at restaurants that were completely booked out on websites and got us front row tables to watch the sunsets. The villa was equipped with portable chargers and hotspot data that we could take out with us, beach towels, slippers, robes and so much more. It’s a more personal experience here and we loved every minute. Thank you Tassos for having us!

The only thing I would have liked is if the villa was located closer to the caldera however we would have lost the peacefulness with a location closer to town.

Tassos was a fantastic host. He made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our transportation as well as breakfast delivery and even lunch and a dinner. The tranquility of the villa and the spa-like pool was exceptional.

Not a single thing!

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s about a 15 minute walk uphill to Oia main downtown and we did this multiple times a day and didn’t have to rent a car at all. The thing about this location is about 5 minutes away on the walk home you’re transported to total privacy. When you’re at the villa it’s like you’re on your own island. The view is out of this world pictures don’t do it justice at all. The magic is Tassos! He will do anything and everything to make sure your stay is perfect. He is so kind and the best host. He was happy to make reservations for restaurants for you and I felt like he had extra pull to get us the best seats and the best views. This was the best place to spend a private honeymoon :) we loved everything so much. Aggelikki was also wonderful and always made sure the room was perfect and clean everyday. Breakfast was delicious and so filling. There is coffee in the room you can make too! We loved it and felt completely safe and relaxed.

The property is unbelievably nice, comfortable, and privat. We were calling it “home” after the first day. The host was so responsive and concerned with us having a good time - he arranged so many things from transportation, food reservations, and massages. His recommendations and suggestions as a Santorini native were very welcomed and made our experience beyond what we expected.

This was without a doubt the best place I've ever stayed at. Not only because of the beauty of the villa but because of Tassos the owner. We were here on our honeymoon, our flight got delayed by 12 hours and he was so helpful and understanding. Our bags were missing for the first 2 days of our trip and we wouldn't have been able to communicate with the airline without Tassos. That was just the start going above and beyond. He recommended some amazing things like a sunset sail and private car tour. He also provided ample vegan options for my wife. If you get any other place to stay you'll just be another customer, if you stay here you'll have a friend. 12 days of pure bliss, a once in a lifetime experience.

Nothing! Tassos asked us on our departure for feedback/recommendations of how to improve...but I genuinely couldn't think of a single thing we would alter. It really is perfect just as it is!!!!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT from the moment we booked until the moment we left! Outstanding Communication - Tassos (the owner) contacted us straight after booking with a host of recommendations for resteraunts, beaches, sailing trips and so much more! This helped us to get the very best out of our stay. Not only did he provide all of the information, he also booked and arranged everything for us. On arrival at the villa, Tassos was there to welcome us and show us around. He had ordered us a pizza and Greek salad accompanied with a chilled bottle of wine - very much appreciated after our journey! Throughout our stay, Tassos kept in touch via WhatsApp to ask what time we would like breakfast and what our choices were from the menu. He also reminded us of our resteraunt reservations in the evening. Stunning villa - The villa looks amazing in the photos however it is even more beautiful in reality. The setting is SO peaceful and relaxing. We were not disturbed by a single soul - despite it being located only a 10 minute walk from the busy Oia. It is spacious and very clean - in fact it is absolutely spotless! The pool is a great size and the perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well every night. The views are incredible - from the pool you can gaze out at the ocean and from the roof terrace you see out into the distance. Above and beyond 5*!! The location, the villa itself and the fantastic service from Tassos definitely make this a 5* vacation. However, some touches to our holiday took it even further and added extra to our stay. A delicious breakfast was brought to the terrace each morning by the friendly Aggaliki. The food was warm and tasty. Whilst eating outside, she cleaned the villa to a high standard. She replaced towels, made up the bed, washed dishes and glasses and even restocked the fridge with bottled water. Another extra we enjoyed was the wine selection.

The Villa is in a beautiful secluded location and spotlessly clean. Tassos met us on arrival and was very helpful via Whatsapp with any requests we had whether it be to organise a boat trip or to order a takeaway delivered direct to the premises! We will most definitely return again.

A Heavenly Stay at a Gorgeous Villa in Oía Recently, we had the pleasure of staying in one of Saint John’s stunning villa nestled in the picturesque village of Oía. Located just a convenient 10-minute walk from the town's bustling center, the villa provided us the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Away from the crowds, the villa was set amid a delightful floral paradise that offered us a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The villa was beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities, ensuring all our needs were met during our stay. We basked in the sun on the luxurious sun beds and unwound in the spacious hammock. What truly completed our experience, though, was the delightful breakfast served daily. It was as scrumptious as one might expect. Lastly, we cannot end this review without mentioning the warm and gracious host, Tassos. A true homegrown gem, he was always prompt, with a smile on his face, and eager to assist us with anything we desired. An amazing private place with big private patio and big private pool. Very close to Oía, 10 min walk, and far enough from hustle ☺️. We loved the big hammock! Inside the room, you can find anything you wish! Welcome snacks, microwave, Marshall speaker, luxury amenities, even sunscreen! Me and Nataly had the the most amazing stay in Saint John Oia. I felt in love with this place, From the moment I arrived! breathtaking views the Aegean Sea, which were even more stunning than I had imagined! The villa is beautifully designed and decorated, with authentic touches of traditional Greek style and modern comforts. I loved the outdoor space area with the luxurious hammock, sunbeds and dining area. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as a complimentary bottle of waters, snacks, fresh fruits, and a daily housekeeping service, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Moreover, the location of the villa is fantastic, as it was within walking distance 10min from center and of some of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in Oía. I felt safe and well taken care of by the owner Tassos who were always ready to offer suggestions and advice. Breakfast served every morning at your private patio. Very tasty and to much for us every day and a lot of main courses to choose. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, it is truly a slice of paradise that will make your stay in Santorini unforgettable. We will back for sure!

Wonderful stay This place is amazing, much nicer than the photos you see! You have full privacy, just 10min on foot from beautiful village of Oía. There is private parking area in Villa. Tassos in cooperation with a company, provides also free parking in Oía village. In villa, you will find anything you wish!! Welcome snacks, nespresso caffe, Marshall speaker, hot spot wi fi, powebank, slippers, iron, iron board.. everything! Outside.. big private pool, not pledge pool you see in many properties, comfortable hammock for 2 persons, nice sunbeds and a big table with chairs. Breakfast delicious, we order previous day for the next day our main course. Provided with croissant, fresh juice, savoury pie and more! High light, the host Tassos. They provide us a lot of infos we may need about Santorini, tours etc. Even we stay just for a day, Tassos helped us to book anything we wish, even we stayed in other property! This place worth any cent you pay! Thanks for having us!!

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. When I was looking for somewhere to stay on Santorini, I almost couldn’t believe how good these reviews are. But every single aspect is true. The villas are incredibly beautiful, with the most picturesque outlook. The location is very close to Oia (and an easy walk), but also far enough away from the throngs of tourists that you feel like you have your own sanctuary. You have everything you could possibly need during your stay. There’s a huge range of delicious choices for breakfast too. Tassos is an outstanding host – very warm, friendly and thoughtful – and truly makes your stay unbelievably special. We followed his recommendations for some of the best meals and experiences we had in Greece. He also worked miracles to help us book into various activities while we were there. His local knowledge and connections with transport providers, tour operators etc. would be difficult to beat, given his extensive experience. We can’t thank him enough for looking after us and highly recommend you choose to stay here!

As all the other guests have said - the accomodation is impeccable, far more private than anywhere in central Oia, with a much larger pool and you are a 7 minute walk from the centre of town, so no compromise. The huge bonus is Tassos, your host who is on hand to fix anything you want or need - he can tell you all the best spots to visit, book you the best tables in town, act as a chauffeur for certain days out and is a wealth of knowledge about Santorini.

The owner Tassos met us onsite to give us the keys. He took the time to walk through all the amenities of the house and explain how things worked. Throughout our visit, Tassos was readily available to offer advice, arrange activities or call us cabs. We traveled for a month on this vacation and this was the best experience we had. Tassos is a master of hospitality; we highly recommend this lovely home and Tassos to anyone who wishes to have a great experience in Santorini.
