Very private place and loved the pool. You are away from the crowd and Perissa beach is only 20 min. of walk away or it has its own garage if you are renting a car. The hosts (Mr. Spyros and Maroulia) were very helpful and always a call or text away when needed. We had no issues arranging Taxis or Tours with their help. The rooms were clean and had A.C. in all the bedrooms and lounge so heat wasn't a problem. This villa is perfect for families who values their privacy and want their own little hideaway. All in all a great place to start your holidays and highly recommended.

Mr Spyros (owner) and Maroulia (host) - what a wonderful team! Stunning villa in an ideal location and incredibly peaceful even in August. Perfect base to explore the island. We hired a car but the villa is walking distance from Perissa beach and all it has to offer. Highly recommend.

If I had to give a negative, it would be the location in the heat of summer it is not walking distance to the beach. Santorini is a really windy island, and at night, it felt like we were going to be taken by the wind. I feel like you need a car to drive around this beautiful island. Beds are a little too hard for my liking, but no one else had a problem.

We are a family of five and had hired a car. The best thing about this accommodation was that it felt like a home away from home but in a beautiful location. Pool amazing, space amazing, and staff were amazing. Honestly, 10/10.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about Villa Evgenia.

Lovely villa, well equipped, spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool, 6 great sun loungers and huge outside space. The owner, Mr Spyros, a lovely man, very thoughtfully left a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The property manager Maroulia was there to meet us on our arrival. We decided to hire a car as soon as we arrived and Maroulia made a phone call, within 20 minutes the car was at the villa! Car hire was great value. During our stay she recommended lovely restaurants and booked taxis for us to those restaurants (so we could enjoy a glass or two of vino!). She also booked our taxi for us to get back to the airport.

The only downside was that our vacation in Santorini was too short, but that's more of a positive reflection on the overall experience than a negative critique of the villa itself. Overall I had a wonderful time at Private Villa Evgenia and would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Santorini.

The warm welcome and hospitality that we received from Maroulia and Mr. Spyros, the owner of the villa. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel right at home and created a family-like atmosphere that really enhanced our stay.

The villa is a cozy place located in quiet neighbourhood, Maroulia was an extremely caring, helpful host, day or night, as well as the rest of villa's staff. The pool is cleaned every day, the interior is well equipped, the WiFi in the villa is strong enough. Definitely will come back soon!

The privacy of the large pool and the amazing sea view, the pool area is large and more than enough for our family needs. The 2 separate bathrooms and the added washing machine and great AirCon made our stay very comfortable indeed! Maroulia greeted us and helped us feel at home and welcome, catering for any needs required.

The villa is slightly remote ..not an issue with the villa but there are some scary dogs when you walk back in the dark evening . the villa is 0.8 miles walking distance from the main road but an easy walk

Excellent sized villa with large patio area and fantastic pool. hosts were helpful . The fixtures and fittings are of a high quality I personally loved the wet room downstairs and the four poster bed looking out towards the sea

The property is in a nice quiet location with great views. Just a 4 minute drive or a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent. Maroulia could not do enough to help. She responded to all our queries immediately whatever the time of day. She made all our reservations and managed to secure bookings when our friends at other venues could not get them.

We loved everything in Evgenia Villa. The host was very kind and helpful, she was waiting for us at the arrival. The house was clean and prepared for us. The whole location is specious and well arranged. The pool is perfect, clean with warm but cooling water. There were bath and beach towels and bath cosmetics in the bathroom. Great location with perfect view of the mountains as well as the sea. Near to Perrisa village and the best beach on the island. Nothing to add!

Maroulia was just incredible with her quick and proactive responses to questions and really looked after us. The villa was nice but we were unlucky that it was too windy during our stay. Car hire is essential. The villa would benefit from a welcome pack and information about the island and also a shaded seating area around the pool. An outdoor shower and built in BBQ would improve what is a stunning setting on a beautiful and special island.
