Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Santorini. The breakfast was fairly simple but delicious with some traditional Greek foods. The room was a decent size with rustic, Greek charm.

The room was small and cramped. The A/C doesn't cool the loft area very well. The stairs to get to the room are really narrow. The road the hotel is on is super narrow, so if two cars are trying to use it at the same time (which happened with some regularity), one has to back up to a point where they can get out of the way.

The location was about 100 m from the beach, which was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool rules were apparently enforced, because no-one broke them. The breakfast was pretty good, although for not much money and effort you could do just as well or better on your own. The parking was easy and very close.

The hot water didn't work in either of the two different rooms I stayed in. There was also a man listening to music and videos really loudly in the room next to me during the night, so some kind of policy to prevent noise too late at night would be appreciated.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location is also ideal for a more peaceful stay, right by the beach, restaurants and a bus stop that takes you to the other towns of the island. They also offer transfers to the airport or other towns, a one person transfer cost €35 to the airport at 7am.

We think neighbours and people could see into our rooms so we just had to close the windows at times Aircon was kind of cold but you have the remote so you can adjust

We loved how close it was to the beach. Our room had a very nice view of the pool. The breakfast was very good and the owner was so sweet!

I would recommend getting a room with a balcony as we were in a basement type room and it was not ideal. The bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable

Hotel Porto is in great location to Perissa beach and surrounding restaurants. It’s in a very quiet area so if looking for a more chill vibe this hotel is perfect. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

The place was as expected. We have no complaints.

The room was comfortable and had anything we needed. The breakfast was nice and the pool was a nice bonus. Rooms are really closed to the pool, but it wasn't crowded with people. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of restaurants, and the bus stop. The staff was very friendly too. They also helped us book an airport transfer.

The room was dark as excepted from a half-basement room, but it was also noisy and smelly, which did not help on the overall experience at all.

There was a little mistake about our room which was dealt with the next day. Nothing major the host apologised. safety issue, the basement room did not have a safety gate to the bunk beds so it is not safe to sleep in peace.

I enjoyed the stay. would have loved a check in at 2pm but the host let us use the facility while waiting for our room. The pool is great and it’s very closed to beach, shops…

Shower was poor, low pressure and spotty hot water. Bed mattress not particularly comfortable, but passable.

Hotel: - WiFi is not good. It works some of the time, but sometimes you have to go sit near the pool to get a connection - No wastebasket in the room

The pool was so highly treated with chemical as was the shower , the toilet didnt flush and the advertising made me think we had nice view. We looked at the other hotel walls. There was major road works and as a group of 9 with small child and an adult with dementia if made it very stressful. Wasnt hotels fault but maybe we could have been given notice we had to run up streets with all our luggage in 34 degree heat to catch a transfer to airport.The hotel didnt advise our transfer was even there. Very tiny bathroom.

The tiles are slippy. We have a 3 year old, and my elderly parents were also with us. The tiles and the small and large steps everywhere made us nervous. Apart from that I loved the style of the hotel.

The hotel was great for a short stay and the staff were very nice.

It was difficult to use the shower because it didn't have an upper hook (something that I saw in many places in my trip around Greece). I was surprised that there are not showers to use before going to the swimming pool

It has its own parking place... Which is very handy
