We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It’s a simple hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful plus we were able to check out an hour later which was a great help to us. 5 minutes walk from a station that takes you straight to the airport, and lots of things to see close by plus a good choice of restaurants.

Australia- Bathroom - I think this is the tiniest shower pan I have ever come across in a hotel ?!? No where to put soap and shampoo and when you bend down to get off the floor a part of you sticks out of the shower. - Bathroom Basin - no room to put toiletry items - Breakfast - firstly the layout of the breakfast room. The food area is a bottleneck and you have to brush past people with plates of food/drinks. It is not only not practical, and annoying it is a safety hazard. Move the food table along the two walls in the bigger room. Offer some fruit to complement the yoghurt (even canned fruit would do)

Wonderful big balcony, location excellent for port, Staff excellent and very friendly Because there was a ferry strike on one day we walked all the way round the port and visited The floating Museum, this was extremely interesting ship which was a Liberty ship called S S Hellas. We then eat in a Cantina and watched the Cretan ships being loaded ready for sailing at midnight.

United KingdomI got confused with the lifts, the guest lift and service lift are side by side with no outward notice advising, not for guests.
I had a room with a balcony. The balcony is a reasonable size compared to many Greek hotels. It's not a great view, but it's nice to sit outside in the evening. The shower was excellent. The hotel is close to Gates E9 and E8. The breakfast is okay. I have used PCH several times and will continue to do so. The staff were exceptionally good sorting out my room when forced to stay for an extra night due to the seaman's strike.

Located very close to Piraeus port, perfect for a quick transit to the ferry. Signage made it easy to find. 24/7 reception and all staff were professional and helpful. They were able to accomodate a late check-in and two separate single beds. Wifi was good, very interesting elevator.

BelgiumThere was som noice coming into the room even if there was some noice protection at the door.
Small but clean hotel close to the ferry terminals E9 but also E8&7. Rooms were small but clean, airco, Tx etc. also not far from metro station. We could keep our luggage ahead of check in. Staff very welcome and friendly. We forgot a charger in tge room and they messaged us asking what to do and offering to keep it. Nice!

Location at the Piraeus port. Staff politely explain how to reach needed gate at the port, if you have a ferry trip. Facilities are ok for one night or short stay.
