We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hospitality was outstanding, and they surprised us with a cake for our son's birthday, which made our visit even more special. The location was perfect, being very close to the main city center, restaurants in Fira, and the bus stop, making it convenient to explore without needing an Uber or rental car. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect 👌. Staff were so helpful, friendly, and happy to give any information you needed. Breakfast was great. I recommend the omelette. The pool was absolute heaven, lazed there for 3 hours, and had it all to myself. I definitely left Santorini relaxed.

Everything. Perfect location, nice property to stay with your family. Has a pool and private jacuzzi in the apartment that we booked. Exceptional Host. She even arranged for late checkout without even asking. Will book again if I visit Santorini again.

When you get out of the jacuzzi it could be a bit slippery and it was difficult to get in and out as there were no steps.

The bathroom is like a cave which was very interesting and the private hot jacuzzi was situated on the roof top so you had a view of the ocean.

Pslmariva Villas staff was so welcoming and so caring. Most importantly hospitality we got which is at next level. This is one of the best staying experienced i ever had in this hotel. I will surely recommend Palmariva villas to all who would like to experience best service ever. When we reached the hotel they explained about all the places of santorini to visit, area map and bus routes that was so helpful if you are visiting first time to Santorini. Hotel breakfast was superb and those are always adjusted according to your need and reach to your room on time. Also they clean the rooms daily. At last i am so overwhelmed about the last day, we have to leave early in the morning and could not take our breakfast, hotel staff prepared our breakfast day before so that we can carry it on next day and make sure everything is according to our need.

The breakfast menu lacks variety and could benefit from more diverse options. The villa is situated in an area that is still under development, which somewhat impacts the view for certain rooms. We also experienced occasional very short electricity outages during our stay (one was island-wide). Additionally, guests should be cautious about using the jacuzzi (all over the island) if they have treated or colored hair, as it could change the hair color to green.

The hotel staff (particularly Julia) were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and sites, and offers stunning views. The hotel is very pretty, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the jacuzzi was wonderfully warm and complemented by its own beautiful view, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at Palmariva villas! The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect in the heart of Fira, the room was comfortable and well-equipped and the staff were friendly and attentive. They even provid us a late check-out because we had an infant. Highly recommend !

Beautiful place in Fira, room is beautiful, staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast is yummy and more than enough! The front desk guy provided us with all the needed info and recommendations to explore the island perfectly. We hope to come back again soon!

We had a villa with rooftop jacuzzi. Excellent view of sunrise from there. Excellent location, with a well-stocked supermarket, bus stop, taxi stand, restaurants all within a short walk from the villa. The host, Tzeni, was very hospitable and helpful.

Everything, breakfast at room, all staff so polite

I like everything about Palmariva Villas , I was traveling Europa for 1 month . The best place and best staff I had in 5 country I was , it was definitely the Palmariva . The staff Apóstolo and Demitria they were fantastics they made sure I had the best services and attention as possible. Location is best I could walk in any place at Fira . I will definitely come back again to Palmariva Villas .

The highlight of our stay was Dimitra, without doubt the kindest and most helpful host that I have ever met in my travels around the world. She even managed to help us find a football shirt from the local team for my husband - who was so happy with his surprise gift! The breakfast was very good and we even changed our order on the second day as it was way too much for us on the first day. The location was perfect (quiet yet very close to the bus terminal, taxi station and supermarket) and the housekeeping team kept our villa spotless - thank you all so much !

It was peaceful and quiet without feeling like we couldn’t have family time by the pool. Everyone who stayed there was also lovely, and the staff were exceptional. Dimitra specifically had such grace and professionalism about her, I’d have trusted her with anything. She’d have given us the shirt off her back if we had needed it. She’s hands down the best host/manageress I’ve ever come across while travelling. I’d return again simply to see her.

Friendly lovely little oasis at the quieter end of Thira . But within minutes of everything . Staff are a credit to the villas everyone of them so kind and helpful , beautiful and well laid out accommodation . Would definitely recommend.
