Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Oia Kirissi is truly a remarkable place. Although it's not situated in Pia with Caldera view, it's a mere 5-minute drive from Oia. The hosts, Dimitri and Maria, made our stay truly exceptional by offering invaluable suggestions on parking in Pia and restaurants options. The villa is equipped with all essential amenities, and the pool offers a serene and rejuvenating experience after long day exploring Santorini. We are eagerly anticipating our return visit next year.

The place is outstanding, great size and perfect accommodations for our family of 4. It had private pool that our daughter loved and used every day. • The hosts, Dimitris and Maria have to be at the top of the list. Very welcoming and so kind. They're ready to ensure you settle in well and have lots of recommendations and tips. • The location is quiet. Perfect for when you've spent a day in the busy towns. • The layout of the villa is good and spacious. • The villa is equipped with lots of amenities and I was able to request things like an iron and a blanket. • The breakfast menu range was good and the quantity was good, too.

Everything about our stay was perfect, right from the welcome, handing over the keys by the host themselves. This place served perfectly for our well relaxed vacation. We were with our kid and she enjoyed the place as well. The hosts are so kind and humble to wait for us even though our arrival was delayed due to a late flight. They explained everything about the place, helped us with some tips and advices to visit places and what places to visit avoiding the tourist crowd. They suggested some nice places for breakfast, lunch with perfect views. The house is so cozy and you will feel like home. The location, initially felt like remote when you look at the Google maps, but its so easily accessible and close to Oia village and all the prime spots. Within 5 mins drive one can reach the Oia town center and the famous viewpoints. We defitinely will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a calm, private vacation with family or friends.
