It’s a bit of a walk uphill to town, but we rented an ATV the 3rd day.

The property is absolutely stunning! You have the best view of the Oia Sunset cliff side just outside your doors. Property was clean, bed comfortable, everything you need for your stay. We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. We were so comfortable here. Private pool and view were to die for.

The small street that leads down to the little harbour is extremely busy in the evening with constant car traffic and vans backing down in reverse the whole way because they can't turn around at the bottom. Some of those vans make a constant beeping noise while reversing. This went on for several hours every evening before sunset and the traffic noise was noticable from the terrace, as the house is somewhat close to the road and there is just open ground between the house and the road. The view from the terrace is so amazing that it makes up for it in our opinion, but nevertheless we were surprised what was going on in the evening on that road.

The view from the terrace is second to none! Just amazing. Perfect for the famous Santorini sunset. Front row seats on your own private terrace! The apartment feels more like a little house and the terrace is very spacious. It was all very beautiful and communication with the manager was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we landed in santorini and entered the villa and to the moment we walked into the flight back home, we were well looked after by John and the team of Ode Villa !! Ode villa has an amazing location with the best views in the whole of Santorini. The amazing sunset of Santorini Oia can be seen from the villa it self. While people come to Oia to watch the amazing sunset, this villa has VIP views of the sunset from your own comfort. The property is clean and has everything you need! The property is spacious with a good size pool looking over the beautiful views of the sea. Words cannot describe how great the location of the property is because the property is on a hill top watching over the sea. It is magical watching the sun set from the villa. The villa is sitting on a hill top with no other surrounding hotels or residences disturbing your stay. Very peaceful And private. It’s a romantic location for couples which keeps you away from the busy city centre. The accessibility to the villa is easy and the villa is not hard to find. The Villa is literally 5 mins from the Oia centre which makes it even better as you are in your villa , few minutes away from the beautiful walks of Oia. Most of all the Villa has the best host you can expect! John who is the host of the villa is not only the best host but a exceptional human being who makes your stay more than comfortable. He is a great guy and made our holiday the best experience we have ever had in a villa. John gave us all of the information we needed about Oia and most of all he is easy to contact at any point in day for anything. This is a great villa with the best host in Santorini!! Exceptional location, beautiful villa with outstanding views and The best host , John!!! We will definitely be coming back!!

The villa offers the perfect prestations. The location is the best for the sunset, it’s peaceful, quite, comfortable…just amazing ! We would recommend to everyone to go there to leave the perfect Santorini experience. Also, Thanos, the guy in charge of the place is amazing !! Really nice, he takes all the time needed to explain you everything, he gave us the best tips to enjoy the island and was always available for us. GO THERE WITHOU ANY HESITATION !

The location was great and very quiet. Amazing sunset view and very close to some great restaurants. Perfect place for a quiet get away but close enough to everything. Heated Swimming pool was perfect :) Giannis aka John Jr was a great host and very helpful/always on hand to answer any questions.

where to start… too many things… - Customer Service by local agent, rude and disrespectful. - lack of consistency and logic with covid rules. not making covid rules public before booking. Raising rude text messages with owner who took no action. - not publishing late check out fees in advance - Oia town is at least 3/4 mile up a very steep hill (if you have mobility issues you will need a car). Parking is also a real issue in the town. Fira is a much better option. - billed as luxury, my photos clearly show it’s not. - villa billed as private, sun-loungers etc can be seen from apartment upstairs - noise from people staying in apartment above. - security safe not working or checked before our arrival, no apology or offer of alternative security. - constant smell of bad drains. - curtains too small for windows Many other smaller issues, too many to mention. if like us you value your holiday time I would not recommend staying here as hotels in Oia or Fira are better value and offer a much better experience.
