The water was brown coloured, probably not the hotels fault, I think problem with the water board. The view and all that was state of the art scenic beauty; but the rooms were basic, nothing so exotic.

This place is very lovely, like it was ecstatic, the Calderie view from this place was magnificent, I couldn't have asked for more. I was a solo traveller, I was spending 8 nights in Crete, so I thought to travel to Santorini and spend 2 nights there; the experience was mind blowing; definitely a strong highlight of my trip. I enjoyed it so much.. Vicky is a Star, so helpful, she helped got in touch with company I borrowed the quad bike I used for my 2 days there. She also suggested places I could visit as well... Really loved Santorini so so much. Thanks Vicky and your team, you guys are a star 🌟, giving this a 10 star rating, couldn't have asked for better.

There is nothing I didn't like about this place but I do have a couple of recommendations: 1. The glass wall in the shower could be extended a little further because I noticed that I would get water on the floor during my shower because the end is so close to the shower head. This is something I've noticed is common throughout places I've stayed in Europe. A mat is provided so it's really not a big deal, simply a thought for adjustments. 2. Another recommendation would be to tint the outside of the bathroom windows so that the view could be seen while using the bathroom without having to keep the blinds closed so that people can't see in. Again, not a deal breaker but an idea to maximize the beautiful view.

Such a beautiful place to stay. My friends and I stayed in the room that had a view of the caldera and it was so lovely to be able to sit and look out at the water. Even if we didn't have that view from our room, there is plenty of outdoor seating to sit and enjoy the same view. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and cleaned/tidied daily, the towels provided were a good size and the water pressure was great. The pool looked nice but we didn't get around to using it while we were staying there. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Fira. The cleaning lady that was working here is absolutely lovely, I wish I could remember her name (sorry!) because she is so nice.

The beds could have been bit better. especially the pillows.

Location was simply amazing. The caldera / sea view in front of the room was simply mind blowing. Vicky took care of us in every sense. She in fact upgraded our room to the best view what anyone can have. I would strongly recommend this property.

Wifi was lacking in my room. There were no many amenities. No tea, no kettle ☹️.

Location, they had a complimentary water bottle in the minibar. I had access to my room earlier. The girl at the desk very thoughtful. Nice view.

It faced onto a walkway so we could not leave our blinds or windows open . We extended an extra day and placed us in a smaller room for the same price after promising us a bigger room. They gave us a discount only after I complained .

The location on the Caldera was fantastic, the room was clean but not huge .

Clean and modern facilities. Short walk away from Fira bus station. Caldera views from the pool and common terrace. Host Angela was very helpful. We were able to check in early on our first day and she readily gave us advice on where to find the nearest amenities. She also answered all our questions about the area. Angela also helped to arrange an airport transfer for us on the last day although at very short notice.

Furniture outside quite old, there’s no place to dry wet things(towels, swimsuits, the one drying rack outside that is available is broken). No separate toiletries in the shower (all in one shower gel only). Our transfer was booked for 3 people instead of 5 ( the car was able to accommodate us, but it was bigger price then what we were originally informed).

Fantastic view to the caldera, located close to the little shops and restaurants in Fira. A pool to cool off on a hot day. Comfortable mattress, some coffe pods and iron in the room.

Location, the view, the pool. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. It wasn’t too busy when we went, so we had exclusive pool and balcony useage. Close to bus stop to travel around Santorini. Vicky was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

There’s no bidet. 🥲 But I guess this is the same for most EU countries.

The location if very good. Very near the main square of Fira. With sunset view, perfect for that sunset viewing with wine in hand. Location is not too steep. The hike up is bearable with your luggages in tow.
