That we could only stay for a few days - would loved to have been there longer!

Amazing property - had a great balcony with a private hot tub (wasn't super hot so could stay in it for a while & enjoy the gorgeous view!). Super friendly, helpful host (Mirto) who accommodated our check in & check out process quickly & easily & really went out of her way to offer help & make us feel extremely welcome! Very clean property - good amenities: fast wifi, fridge, microwave etc, comfy bed - bring good shoes - Santorini has lots of hills & walking around the gorgeous area!

Everything was perfect

I've stayed in a 100+ different accommodations in over more than 40 countries. All I have to say is that this was the best place I've ever stayed in. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, very easy to communicate with. And very helpful. The place is very clean and has all the facilities needed. The location is perfect and near the town if fira. The view from the accommodation is great. And the biggest advantage of all is the hot tub! We've spent hours in this after touring around the area.

The walk to the suite, down narrow bumpy paths, does require caution. There was no temp setting on the hot tub so for some, it might have been too cold. For me, it was a nice warm bath! We love our morning coffee, so a coffee machine would have been a huge bonus for us (Nescafé not really our taste) but it didn’t influence our stay.

At first, we were disappointed with the location, however, after two days we were very glad to be facing east and not in the Caldera confusion. We were only 6 minute walk to the west side and the sunset views. The suite was like the pictures, small but enough room for suitcases etc. It was spotless. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Our host was exceptional, arranged taxi from airport, car rental, quad rental and taxi to the ferry port. Car and quad delivered to our door.

No complaints

Our stay was amazing! Mirto took such good care of us, she booked us taxis, car rentals, and our sunset catamaran ride. She cleaned the room daily and kept it really nice. The room is spacious and the hot tub was perfect with a great view. The location is a 5 minute walk to Fira center where shops and restaurants are, but far enough away to be quiet at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Nothing...everything was perfect

The apartment was perfect! Location was 10 minute walk from the centre. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and even though we were only there for 2 nights our room was serviced and fresh towels provided. Small touches like sweets, tea/coffee and cupcakes were lovely too. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, especially after a long day exploring! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise from the balcony. Mirto met us when we arrived and even though we were early our room was ready which was great. Her hospitality was amazing! She explained everything we needed to know about the facilities and also gave is directions to places we wanted to go. Great to be greeted with such friendliness! She gave us her number and told us not to hesitate to contact her. If i was returning to Fira i would definitely stay again and will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Mirto and her husband were really nice with us. They were very accommodating and kind! The room is well located, you can walk to the center of Fira easily. There are restaurants and market around. The jacuzzi in the outside is amazing with a wonderful view of the city!

Mirto is a fantastic host and helped us with so many different things, including booking taxis and helping to make restaurant reservations. The apartment has a beautiful view and the hot tub is a great addition. The apartment is clean and has a great location - it’s about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira. We had a wonderful stay! Bathroom was clean, but to vent it you have to leave the window open which unfortunately had no screen to block a few bugs coming in. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Very friendly owners, they accomedated us even though we were late for check-in. Cute little apartment, enough for two people. Place was clean and the hospitality was great. The owners even helped us rent an ATV for the day. Hot tub was clean and fresh towels are provided daily. Overall a great experience!

Mirto was an amazing host, always went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went as smoothly as possible. Cleaned every day, arranged pickup and drop off from the port, helped book us an ATV, and gave fantastic restaurant recommendations. She’s the perfect host!

Honestly nothing... The only thing would be to keep in mind that the balcony faces the east, so there is a great sunrise view! If you are wishing to see the sunset, you will have to walk a few blocks up, but that is a small "price" to pay considering the quality of this hotel and our host, and the location being central to everything.

Our host and the room were EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10 experience—this place is legitimate. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the space every day and how accommodating our host was to our schedule. She helped us set up a ride to and from the airport to the hotel, transportation throughout our stay, and even with suggestions for our trip. She was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. It was lovely, we felt well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

I would highly recommend this property, the location is perfect. Very close to the centre of Fira, the sunrise is beautiful every morning. Mirto- the host is absolutely amazing, so full of knowledge & recommendations, very helpful. I will be back to stay at Nectaios Villa in the future.

Everything was perfect, we have nothing we disliked!

Mirto was absolutely amazing and a really lovely host. She instantly made us feel comfortable and really welcomed into our villa. Our villa was spotless, had comfortable beds, a good shower and a lovely balcony and hot tub where we spent the majority of our evenings. We unfortunately fell ill on our second day, Mirto offered to go to the pharmacy for us and asked if we needed anything, she really was the best host we've ever had. If we do ever come back to Santorini, without a doubt will it be going back to Nectarios Villa.

The accommodation is small but perfectly formed with a generous terrace which got hours of sunshine. The hot tub is beautifully built, perfect for 2 and looks out on a gorgeous view - be sure to use it how it's designed to be sat in as there's quite a drop on the other side. Depending on how long you stay and how much luggage you bring you may find storage an issue as there's nowhere really to store cases but we didn't mind. We absolutely loved the apartment and appreciated the hanging space and bedside nooks provided.

Mirto is the best host we've ever had the pleasure of booking with, very attentive with excellent communication throughout the booking process and during our stay. We absolutely loved this accommodation - the location was amazing with endless quality restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance, plus a great bus service from the station if you want to explore further afield. The views from the terrace were divine - you won't regret setting your alarm for early morning sunrise, it was stunning and very special! The apartment is bijoux and exceptionally clean with everything you need, plenty of sockets and everything provided for 2 guests (towels, glasses, bowls, plates, cutlery etc). We loved the design of the apartment, the attention to detail was great and we particularly loved the lighting around the bed and the brand new hot tub which is such a bonus. We didn't want to leave and would highly recommend Nectarios Villa 2 to anyone visiting Santorini! Thank you so much Mirto ❤️
