The traditional architecture, the perfect location in beautiful and authentic Finikia , the best value if you go with a not so high budget to Santorini, but want to be very close to spectacular Oia.

Super good place with a nice sea view on the terrace. The owner is super nice, friendly and helpful. Really recommend the place. The location is also perfect, literally 10 minutes to Oia.

Iron supplied, but no ironing board..had to use the bed. Not a major issue but a little annoying.

Great location in a quiet village just outside Oia. Small cave house, fairly basic but adequate for a short stay. A little dark as you’d expect with a cave house but lovely with the shutters and doors open and does mean that it stays really cool which was a very welcome reprieve from the heat outside! Fantastic sunset views from the small terrace. Super easy walk into Oia 10-15 mins. Shop for supplies 1 min walk. Bus stop into Oia or Fira 5 min walk to main road. Felt very safe walking back late at night, well lit and pretty easy flat walking route. Super clean. Lovely host.

The bathroom is small and simple, but functional - not a problem for us but some may think it is quite basic.

The location was perfect for all local amenities and restaurants. Also it is within walking distance of Oia. The property is traditional and retains all of its original charm and character. Delightful! Our host (Lefteris) is a genuinely lovely man and will help with anything you need or provide any information you may want. This was our second time here and I think we will return again

The host was nice and welcoming - he was respectful and helped us carry our luggage. The place itself was amazing and it was even better than what the pictures shows. There is the most beautiful private terrace and the house is filled with amazing furnitures that makes you feel at home. It’s close to centrum and the perfect stay for holiday in Santorini. We would definitely recommend this place!

The property was very traditional and was wonderful. Many original features - really interesting and a real sense of a genuine Santorini village. Location was excellent with several local restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of Oia

A little on the expensive side, but we did stay in high season and Santorini's calderaside in general is pretty expensive. Compared to a other places in Santorini, good value for money!

A very nice little place a short walk away from Oia and the very touristy places. We really appreciated this. Our host welcomed us with some delicious wine that his father made, this really made us feel very welcome. Good facilities with stove, fridge and basic kitchen equipment. Nice terrasse to enjoy our breakfast with a great view in the morning.

I absolutely loved the host that welcomed me in the room and told me about very useful informations. It made me happy to discover that all the accommodations were present around/in the room (blankets, extra towels, juices in the fridge etc) merci beaucoup and for everything!!

The price is expensive and the location was wrong. when we arrived, the staff was complaining that we arrived late. But the address they put on the Booking.com is wrong. It’s not in the center of Oia, it’s in Finikia where the place is a bit far away from the town center. The staff is not trying to fix the address. It’s terrible. He uses the wrong address to attract people.

The place was dirty and dusty. There was a pile of ants by the kitchen. The pictures were deceiving. The location is 30+ minute walk to Oia.

Owner very friendly and helpful, went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay! Met us on arrival, let us store luggage after check-out, and recommended excellent local restaurants and transport for the next part of out trip.
