All was perfect.

This place is beautiful, very accommodating and the staff will go out the way to help you. *Perfect location with easy access to shops and restaurants, yet very private and quiet. *An amazing view from very clean and warm hottub. *All excursions and bookings were arranged for us. *Tasty breakfast delivered to the room ( great choice). It's one of the best places I've stayed, and I'd highly recommend it.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Ada, our host, was incredibly welcoming and always on hand to assist with anything we required. She expertly arranged bookings for activities we were keen on and provided invaluable insights into the best places to explore on the island. Alex, who served us breakfast each morning, was exceptionally courteous and even lent a hand with our luggage. Throughout our stay, we felt cared for like part of the family. The breathtaking view from the jacuzzi, overlooking the serene sea and majestic volcano, was simply divine. The property's location couldn't have been better, situated amidst all the conveniences one could desire: shops, bars, restaurants, as well as easy access to taxis and buses.

We loved absolutely everything about Modernity Suites. Our host, Ada, stayed in communication with us, gave specific instructions on getting to the hotel from the main road, provided information on parking if renting a car, and they arrange for someone to help carry your luggage to and from the main road and the hotel. The room itself was exactly as pictured, immaculately clean, very quiet, and the beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed our private hot tub overlooking the caldera and our breakfast each morning was filling and delicious with plenty of options to choose from—very accommodating for special requests. The location is excellent in the middle of Fira with many restaurants, bars, shops right outside your door, but also extremely quiet—we slept early and were never awakened by the nearby bars. The views from our own hotel were some of the best in Fira—completely uninterrupted by crowds. This was a truly lovely hotel, they pay close attention to details—nice large towels for the shower, cleaned and tidied every day, replenished shampoos and soaps when they were used, bottled water included, slippers/robes provided. The staff at the hotel are so kind and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily choose this hotel again and again.

Great location with perfect view, super friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Ada is the best host I’ve met so far. She tried to make us feel comfortable in every possible way, arranged everything for us to check in earlier than usual time. We were also given options to choose our room. She even helped us to plan our activities there and was very responsive, whenever we needed something she was just one text away. We would recommend “modernity suites” as the best place to enjoy your stay in Santorini.

Absolutely nothing

We had the most amazing few days , this should be rated a 5 star hotel. The staff are unbelievable could not do enough for us !! From carrying our bags to the wonderful breakfast and even left a little packed lunch in our room on our last day, when we told them we were leaving early and would miss breakfast!!! Our room, sheets and towels were clean/changed every day !!

Not so much privacy when using the jacuzzi. However,It is the same for all other properties in this island!!

Very kind and friendly host. She gave us so many valuable tips. She was always ready to help us. The suite is located in the centre of Fira with the great access to main road and so many local restaurants/cafe around. Spectacular view to the volcanic island from our balcony.

This hotel was amazing ! It must be one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The location is great , the room is gorgeous, the view is unbelievable, and the service is top-notch. Could not fault.

The care and attention for detail we were given was amazing. Modernity wanted to make sure our stay was perfect for us. Even to the point that one morning I had an omelette for breakfast and pushed aside the capsicum, and then the next morning they must have realised I didn't like capsicum so they cooked it without! Ada on reception was exceptional and the friendliest person you will ever meet :) The spa bath was the perfect way to cool down after a warm walk, we'd dip into it 2-3 times a day!

The view of the caldera from my room is magnificent. The hotel is located in the centre of Fira and is easy access to everything. The staff are very hepful and accommodating. Will definitely come back.

No direct access to the main road (as you expected since the property is at the cliff). The stair at the property is also quite steep, so be careful when bringing in heavy bags.

We are in love with the property. The view is superb. They only have 4-5 rooms so make sure you booked early. The receptionist, Ada is excellent and provide us with all related information. Ada also arranged airport transfer (especially those who bring heavy bags and charged 35Euro per trip). The breakfast is awesome. There is sitting area in the room, equipped with 2 TVs (although most of the time, the signal is quite poor). The room is also being cleaned every day.

I loved everything about Modernity Suites. It's really hard to say I didn't enjoy something as everything was absolutely remarkable.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff of Modernity Suites was. Ada, Alketa and Mr. Argyris all had a beautiful personality, and they made us feel right at home during our stay. The breakfast was also amazing from the eggs to the freshly squeezed orange juice. The coffee was spectacular, the fruit, the bread, bacon and the omelettes were perfect. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Santorini to stay in Modernity Suites, it's without a doubt, the best place you can choose on the island and the views are breathtaking, which includes a view of the Nea Kameni volcano !! If you have any questions about where to go during your stay on the island, make sure to ask Ada. She is really nice, and she will gladly explain the best places you can visit for the best pictures, activities, and restaurant recommendations as well !

A unique and special experience. A lovely location very close to the bus station. The view at sunset is incredible. Ada is very attentive to details, very kind and hospitable. Communication with her on wpp before arrival and during the stay is incredible because you feel like you are at home but in Santorini:) I loved the experience. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!

We didn’t have a problem, but you can see people in the restaurants (and smell the food, which made us hungry 😂) - just mentioning this for people who might be surprised. Likewise, in the room we were in you were looking at the view over glass from the jacuzzi so I guess if you’re extra short that might “ruin” the view a bit for u. We didn’t really have issue though.

Me and my boyfriend loved the cave style of the room, and the jacuzzi was so much fun. The main reason we stayed at this place was because of that, so we ended up spending 2-3 hours in it during the day. When we were there in June, the jacuzzi was a bit colder for night, so I’d say it’s perfect if you’re planning to use it when the sun is out. We also had the best view to watch the sunset, and the staff were really lovely!

The shower and the drain for the jacuzzi were not functioning properly. Therefore, the floor outside was full of water after two of us enter the jacuzzi and didn’t drain until next morning. Shower was the same. So the tile floor was slippery.
