VERY LOUD guests, from early in the morning (7!) until late in the night (1!). Not all rooms and doors had mosquito nets - but there were mosquitos, of course, unfortunately :D One evening my son got into the pool - nice, empty finally - and one stuff member saw him, but didn't say anything - only to have another man coming a few minutes later to tell my son, agitated, to get out, because it was dangerous!!! (they were chlorineting) There was no door to the second room of the apartment, where my son's bed was = noise everytime we had to use the bathroom. Under the kitchen sink there was mold and also a forgotten wet cloth in a bin - oh, the smell!!! :( At night the bathroom lightswitch was not working properly (initially we thought that the lightbulb was out, but nope) - by day it was ok... The site description for the initial booked room didn't mention that the 2 rooms were not separated, but train-like (waking through rooms).

The hotel was actually a complex, a few 3-levels buildings around a pool, with small gardens between, with ground rooms having also direct outdoor access and the other rooms having terraces with table and chairs. At the beach there were long chairs and umbrellas for the hotel guests - the water and drinks having a decent price and a great taste. The amenities were ok (towels for indoors and the pool, dishes and pans, mop, laundry rack etc.). The stuff kindly offered us the possibility to change our initial room (with some additional cost for the upgrade).

We got a two room apartment, but airconditioning was in only one room. WiFi was not available in the apartment, we only got a decent signal in the balcony.

The room was with old furniture, really old and uncomfortable beds, cleaned only once in 7 days (on the 5th day), you are staying at the hotel but your kid can't use the play area without additional paying even if you spent a lot of money in the beach bar. You go to the beach at 8 am and most of the first row sunbeds are reserved for the "boss friends". If the old boss is there you can't use "her beach shower" you must go 30m to the other one.

The staff was really friendly, they gave us a sea view room, there was an additional bed for the kid, air-conditioning was working well and there was a big balcony. You can use the pool for free even if you don't drink something in the pool bar. It's only 150m from the beach (the uphill climb is only 20 meters). Clean beach, clean sunbeds, and the beach bar staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good (not a lot of choice but it was tasty).

*I didn't like: - the bees around the pool; - you have to pay for the playground kids even you are accommodated (without any discount or facillity) - they don't let you drink other drinks at the pool, other than theirs from the pool-bar.

We felt excellent. The hotel does not excel, but it strives to maintain its low cost standard. It is NOT a hotel for the pretentious. The staff was really FRIENDLY and helpfull. *I liked: - the cleanliness of the rooms; - useful kitchen accessories; - very kind receptionist, organized us a pleasant trip to Mount Athos on a boat; - themed Greek evenings organized at the restaurant with playground. *Overall: for us as a family it was OK and we liked the room, we liked the entertainment, we liked the breakfast, but I repeat, for the money you pay, this is what you get, don't expect to be WOW, ...because is not!

- Awful Wi-Fi : bad internet, badly configured APs (3 APs on different frequencies, interfering with each-other), disconnecting all the time. - No sound proof of the windows, closed or open, would not matter, it was close to a busy road, hearing traffic all the time - No mosquito net for our room, other rooms had it. - Loads of mosquitos because of the Greek cultural habit of using water a lot to wash the pathways, terraces, etc. so maintaining the mosquitos phenomenon. We know from previous stays in Psakoudia that there is no municipal treatment for mosquitos, so no matter if the owners do it, if it is not done at village level, the mosquitos do not care if it is on a treated property or not :) - Loads of bees at the pool, kids have to be very careful not to step on them or have the shoes on all the time. Come prepared with something in case they get stung. - there is some hard slope on the way between the hotel and the bar, and the need to go around the shortest route to avoid mud in case it rains.

- Room size, place for 5 adults. The queen size bed in the bedroom was large enough for 2 adults and 2 pre-teens. Large terrace - All facilities functional : stove, air conditioning, good quality cutlery, crockery etc. - Great, hard working staff : daily cleaning and change of towels; reception answered all questions; starting from last week of June there was a great entertainer for the kids at the beach in the morning and at the pool in the afternoon, she did miracles at the pool with them; the beach bar personnel, bartenders and waiters very attentive and friendly. Do order something at the pool's bar while supervising the kids, the entertainer is for free, but needs to be paid indirectly though :) . - hotel offering beach towels for free. - could pay by card at the hotel and at the beach - martin's nests on the terrace, a bat visitor were entertaining the kids - the beach in Psakoudia in general and the hotel's beach bar are great for children, some shallow water they can play in under supervision from the chair. - shops and taverns close to the hotel and the beach bar

The beds ware old, amortised, disconformable and you can't sleep well on them. There isn't any insects net, so we had mosquitos in the room.

Lot of stuff, already written before. The bathroom vas very old, with smell, dirt and mold. No shampoo, towels with unpleasent smell, choises for breakfast was disaster. I would not recoment. The price (eaven the cheapest one) is too high for offered

The bed was very small (size 140 for 2), airconditioning was just like a ventilator, the cooling ❄️ wasn’t working. The furniture was very old, but that was not the problem, the problem was that bed was too small and too old. Pleaseeee buy new bed!!!!

Came with my family and booked for a triple studio. I was surprised by the size of the room, it was comfy, had a big terrace and they arranged a cot for my baby. By the beach they have a great playground, so lots of activities for those who come with kids. Enjoyed my stay, thanks!!

The room is so old and dark. We couldnt sleep because of neighbour's airconditioner sound. Beach is so far the hotel. Just good thing is hotel's staff that so kind and have responsible.
