The water temperature in the hot tub is low, so it would be nice if it was a little warmer.

I had booked a honeymoon suite, but they upgraded me to a higher grade room for free. The staff was polite and the room was perfect. I was very satisfied with the hotel and would want to come back again.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic service (best we’ve ever experienced, lovely people and there was nothing they wouldn’t do for us), amazing food (chef was brilliant, everything made fresh and the breakfasts were insane!). Just amazing. Views were incredible, housekeeping was brilliant. Can’t say enough good things about it!

The accomodation, staff, views and food were absolutely perfect! Rooms were incredibly clean. The staff were so kind, thoughtful and discreet. The food was unbelievable - best food that we have ever had. We loved eating on the terrace by our private pool watching the beautiful sunsets. Melidonia Suites has it all. Amazing location and views of Santorini, the volcano and Thirasia islands. Having our breakfast served next to the private pool with amazing views was a great way to start the day. The staff were exceptional. Polite, proactive, very responsive - they really made a difference. Looking forward to coming back!

We recently had the pleasure of spending seven wonderful days at Melidonia Suites, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location: It's perfectly situated to make the most of your Santorini visit. We were close to many attractions, and the views were simply breathtaking. Cleaning: Every day, we returned to a spotlessly clean room. Evidently, they pay great attention to detail and prioritize the cleanliness of their guests. Food: We were always excited about our meals: delicious options and fresh ingredients made every dish a delightful experience. Staff: Every member of the team made our stay memorable. They were always smiling, warm, and eager to help. A special shout-out to Dimitris and Sophie, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. Their kindness and genuine care made a significant difference in our trip. Transfer Service: The transfer service was comfortable and efficient, a lifesaver, especially during the rush seasons and the island's busy traffic moments. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this if you're visiting during peak times. Activities: The activities offered by the suites were a highlight. Nothing really. Pool was cold but expected, a little heat in it would be perfect!

Luxurious, 5 star property in a fantastic, quiet location. Even in the height of summer, it can be quiet breezy and cool in the evening, compared to more sheltered parts of the island but do not let that put you off. The suites are modern and well designed. The staff are a credit to the management, discreet, professional and efficient. Breakfast served on the terrace each morning was beautiful. Communication was excellent throughout and we loved the lovely surprise drinks when sitting out on the terrace. I’m quite fussy when it comes to selecting accommodation and would recommend Melodonia Suites to anyway who wants a relaxing, quiet and luxurious stay in Santorini. 3 lovely restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance and many more within a further 5 or so too.

I couldn't swim in the pool because it was too cold The suite we stayed in was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool it down

We loved the location, cleanliness and amazing hospitality of the staff. We were a family of 5 and we were very comfortable in this huge beautiful villa. The view was so pretty in the morning and the breakfast was so fresh and made with love. We would definitely pick this location and hotel again. It was nice and away from the traffic and craziness of the main towns. The staff also accommodate you in anything you need.

Absolute heaven. Located in the incredible Akrotiri area. My boyfriend and I stayed at the honeymoon sweet and were absolutely astonished! Beautiful 3 story suite with a breath taking view. The suites and property are spectacularly clean, spacious and quiet. Each room provides for amazing views, but are private at the same time. The staff is one of a kind! Sophi and Dimitros went out of their way to assist and address any request within minutes! Sophi, Dimitors and the whole Melidonia staff are super kind, intelligent and excellent communicators! Top service! The venue offers various services and activities including massage, delicious meals and so much more! We absolutely recommend booking a massage and treating yourself to the chef’s meals on the outdoor terrace the suites have. We absolutely loved both the outdoor and indoor (heated) pool our suite had. Any question, request, or recommendation you would need will be addressed here happily, professionally and efficiently! One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had !!! 10/10!!

The road noise but only because we wanted to leave the doors open at night. We just had to close them and turn on the air conditioner, no big deal at all.

The staff. They are hands down the most welcoming and hospitable group of individuals. Demitris and Sophia went out of their way to make us a special lunch on our wedding day. Seeing homemade Lahanodolmades delivered to us for lunch welled my eyes with tears of happiness . The privacy of our suite (Nefele) was perfect for our elopement.

Our suite has an indoor jacuzzi which was a bit too humid for me.

Excellent service. All staff were so professional and kind and welcoming. Communication was super easy and efficient using Whatsapp. The private transfer arranged for us was flawless and our drivers were so attentive to details and professional. Our driver Dominico even spotted one of our bags which was present when he picked us up was missing during our check-out, which we actually put into one of the luggages. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. Also, the massage services arranged by the hotel were really good too. The services I received at Melidonia Suites were the best from booking stage and during my entire trip. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, one of the best we've ever stayed in! The views are fantastic, the rooms are lovely - clean, modern and spacious. The staff couldn't do more to help you - especially Sophie and Koyes- thank you! The food was fantastic - breakfast served on your own terrace with those views is spectacular! The evening food is delicious we ate in 3 days as we enjoyed it so much!
