Fani, the proprietress, is excellent: friendly, informative and extremely punctual (breakfast delivered to our terrace at the exact time requested). Very good breakfast, many choices. Fani helped arrange our departure transportation to the port. Really nice friendly cat came over every breakfast, we didn't mind! Steve & Danusia

The room was incredibly nice and Fani was an incredible host, she brought breakfast to our room and helped arrange for an airport transfer. I could not be more pleased with her hospitality and the quality of the room.

Our host Fani was fantastic, she even sent us a message days before our trip to confirm our arrival time and any other needs. Her breakfast was good and always on time. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. The location was breath-taking, with a sea and mountain view. It was easy to also get around the island from this location, either a 20mins walk to Fira or catching the coach from a bus stop, within 10 mins walk from the property. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance (will recommend Yolo).

If you like to experience a stay in a local-like home, here is a nice place to stay. Room is clean and the manager is nice and helpful. You should not expect like a reception in a hotel or so on, however everything is fine and pleasant.

The shower was a bit smelly and not the cleanest. The garbage container near the toilet was inconvenient to handle and the TV also didn't have any working channels. The wind was also strong and it can contaminate your breakfast with little insects/tree particles/dust if you sit outside for having breakfast. A bit pricey.

Firstly, the included breakfast. It was really balanced and seemed to us as the perfect way to start our day. The host, Fani, was really helpful and gave us suggestions and answered our questions on priority, via Whatsapp and in person. There were numerous pillows and that never hurts. There was a terrace with a beautiful view which we enjoyed while having breakfast.

The property was clean, quiet and very spacious! It was the perfect pit stop before heading off to another island. The owner Fani was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast she prepared was our favourite breakfast of the trip. It was delicious and so fresh! We will definitely be back- thank you!

Fani was very helpful. She kept our luggage before check in time and sent us a message saying when the room was ready for us. Also kept our luggage after check out so we can enjoy a bit more of the island before our flight. Location is perfect. Close from Fira but far enough to be quiet and relax on the private terrace. It has a bus stop 2mins walking with connection to almost all parts of the island except Oia (which you take from Fira, 15/20mins walking from the house). Very good breakfast. The room and bathroom have good space. We recommend and would be back again.

The nicest service in Greece! For our honeymoon we could not have chosen a better place. Clean, big room, breakfast was always on time… We wish such hosts to everyone. If we are on the Santorini, we will definitely come back here ❤️

The host was good and supportive. Helped us to get a taxi for airport transfer with a good price. Nice breakfast in the morning. The location is also good and near the airport. You can witness a good sunrise nearby. A bus stop is also there nearby.

The owner was amazing. She helped a lot with our activities and explained where to go for a quick beach trip on our last day. The breakfast was 10/10, really felt the love there. Try the omelette! Definitely the best I ever had on a holiday. The room was huge, and the view was breathtaking from our little balcony. Really nice stay.
