The reception staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We were able to do a late check-in thanks to the help from the reception staff and they were able to hold our luggage when we explored the city before our ferry. Everyone was soo nice, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location is very nice where you are about 10min walk from the cetner of Mykonos town.

Shower was in the bedroom essentially which was fine for us as a couple but wouldn’t recommend if you were travelling with a friend or family member (shower is literally at end of bed). The shower also flooded our room everytime we showered - the door wouldn’t stop the water.

Free airport pickup/drop off was greatly appreciated. Beautiful hotel - nice decor and finishings in the room. Breakfast was really delicious. A short walk into town which was perfect for us. Hotel was nice and quiet.

Location- it was difficult to walk to town due to the lack of sidewalks. Dirty- floors were never cleaned. we found dried bread crumbs in the bathroom, a cigarette wrapper on the floor and debris and hair all over the floor. The bathroom drawer was dirty and full of hair. The receptionists offered for the room to be re-cleaned but it did not appear to have been done despite the cleaner changing our towels. We ended up sweeping the floors ourselves.

the shower, toilet and sink were in the bedroom, so there wasn’t any privacy when showering. the doors were frosted but you can still see through them. it is also quiet a walk from Mykonos town, it’s doable but maybe not with elderly or children

No separate room for toilet in the rooms. Breakfast very poor and no hot drinks, only Americano/Nescafé. Ok for one night but we wouldn’t stay longer.

No frills hotel in Mykonos. Small but clean rooms, central location, free transfers from port/airport. The hotel offered us to take a shower in the common areas after check out before we boarded our flight.

Our room was clean and tidy and we managed to check in as soon as we arrived which was a bit before 14:00. The best part about staying here is being able to use the sister hotels pool, which is incredible! The breakfast buffet was also good, however they didn’t seem to keep refilling platters when items got low.

1. Room: the sink is located inside the room. If you sleep and your partner wants to wash hands, you will definitely wake up. Or if partner wants to use fan… 2. Shower is located inside the room as well but isolated with glass walls. 3. No kettle, we had to go to the kitchen to take hot water. 4. Supermarket is 10 mins walk from hotel, had to carry bottles of water. 5. Seems some maintenance was done in the toilet and the renovation was not completed. There was a square hole on the wall.

1. Price - couldnt find the hotel in Mykonos with similar price and quality. 2. Staff, they always smile. 3. Hotel is 10 mins walk from the downtown called Chora. 4. Good breakfast, the same but didnt become boring as we stayed for 3 days. 5. Decent parking area. 6. Towels were replaced everyday.

Good location near the airport as our stay was just an overnight transfer. Room was good and very clean but we had no assistance carrying very heavy luggage up and down steep stairs and the breakfast was poor.

Short walk from town but note that on the way home, it is all uphill. There is only a certain, middle section of the shower that is frosted. The rest of it, top and bottom, is see through. I had my own towel with me on top of my case. During housekeeping, this was taken. I mentioned it at reception but nothing ever came of it.

when we arrived we were told by the receptionist that the hotel actually offers a transfer when you get to Mykonos and when you leave, but they had forgotten to inform us that. It was frustrating as we had to arrange by ourselves how to get to the hotel when this was included in the fare we paid. Additionally the location isn't the best.

Although the hotel is fairly simple, the rooms have clearly been renovated and they are quite nice looking, comfortable and equipped with the necessary amenities. The breakfast is also a plus: it caters to different dietary needs and has a lot of options.

Tidiness of the outdoor spaces could be improved.

The room was modern and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected and always fresh and tasty. The pool at Poseidon hotel was available for use by guests. I’ll definitely stay again as this hotel is great value for money.

Wifi signal wasn't that strong. The shower and the sink are in the room so all the steam from the shower gets into the room. The sho.wer is in a glass cabin (some of the glass is not see through) so sitting in bed you can watch the other person showering

In low season it's more quiet, in high season there is a big traffic around, so you can sleep only with closed door and window, using the air condition. The new bathroom is not my style, and weird with the glass door on the toilet, and the shower almost in the middle of the room, opposite of the bed. :-o

It was my second time here. :) The free transfer, the great breakfast, the size of the hotel and the location is great. If going to Mykonos again, definitely stay here again. :) There is a bus stop in front of the hotel (but be careful, not all the buses coming this way!!!), Fabrika bus station 10 minutes walk, little Venice about 15-20 minutes (average speed).
