Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe shower room could have been larger, snd Georgia will need to improve the ventilation to this room. Which she knows. That said it was fine otherwise.
The apartment was close to a supermarket, cafes, the sea and ancient Delphi Georgia was the perfect hostess and helped in every way possible. Literature was on hand as to what to see do, which was very useful.

United States of AmericaOur hostess was very welcoming and met us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. The kitchen area had a table large enough for our family of 5 to sit and play board games that the house provided. We were within walking distance of the beach and even found seaglass on our walk. It was also nice to have a market available to us directly across the street.

We liked the flat pretty much, it has enough space for a family with 3 kids. Thankful for the treats what we got from our host Georgia :) she was pretty helpful. She had great advises about things to do in Kirra and Itea. Overall we are satisfied with our stay, if we can come back definitely choose the same appartment.

LuxembourgNoting I can think of.
Really excellent apartment (we had the family suite on the ground floor). Georgia, the host, is super friendly and enthusiastic and ready to cater for all your needs within minutes. She provided for cake, cereals, coffee and tea upon our arrival. The apartment is decorated with a personal touch and is fully equipped. It also has a nice shaded terrace. The apartment is not literally at the waterfront, but the beach is a two-minute walk away, so close enough. There is a supermarket at 100 meters. Delphi is a 25 minute drive away.

IsraelThe shower is really small and very narrow. A little problem for those with large body...lack of ventilation in the bathroom
Nice apartment in a small town by the sea. Continuing along the beach, you should go about 1 km west towards Itea, which is really a tourist town. A pleasant promenade full of restaurants and cafes. We were in the off-season, and the area was really quiet. The owner Georgia helped with everything we asked for. The apartment definitely suited our requirements as a couple who traveled in the area for a two-night stay. The living room and bedroom are comfortable and functional. The apartment is designed and you can feel that attention has been paid to all details. However, the kitchen lacks an oven (for those who want to cook) even though it appears in the apartment's specifications. The heating system did not work in the apartment due to a recent renovation, but an air conditioner and an electric heater did the job during the cold nights. Overall, we enjoyed very much our stay, and many thanks to Georgia for everything

EstoniaThe location is everything. The shop is across the street. The sea access with beach shower for swimming is less than 100m, very silent and safe street. The area of restaurants and coctail bars begins less than 900m away, just a small walk. You can go there using the seaside also. The staff is very friendly and flexible for adjustments. The staff means actually the owners, so they are really ready to hear your needs. The flat itself has 3 bedrooms with different options, just discuss your needs with the staff. The kitchen is a spacious separate room with necessary equipment and the dinner table. Two bathrooms are good when having a greater number of people. The whole property is cozy and well maintained.

CanadaIt was all beyond reproach
This place is a paradise on earth. The home is beautiful, extremely clean and Georgia has thought of every detail a guest could possibly need. We traveled as a couple (plus dog) with another couple (my parents). The 3-bedroom configuration was perfect for us, providing tons of privacy and extremely ample. Other foursomes might opt for two bedrooms and would still be very comfortable. Georgia herself is an extremely generous host. I texted her with a problem (of my own doing) as I was boarding my flight to Greece and she had a solution by the time my plane landed. There is no price tag on a host who offers you peace of mind while travelling. Georgia is also creative and artistically talented: the design of the home is all her doing, lots of it by hand, and it's impeccable. We were not expecting Kirra to be such a charming town. We were simply looking for a place to stay so we could visit Delphi. We found so much more and wished we could have stayed longer. It's a quiet beach town, far away from crowds and extremely authentic.

LithuaniaI would advise a larger company to choose a larger apartment, as the two bedrooms were in a common space. The owner warned us about it. It is comfortable for up to five people.

United KingdomThe door of the second bedroom (the one with glass) is a bit noisy to operate, so in the end we didn’t close it so we wouldn’t make noise at night.
Georgia is very welcoming and had even prepared a cake for us. The flat is nicely decorated with a very homely design. We found it quiet and relaxing flat after a long day of visiting, with all the amenities needed to have a home cooked dinner. Great to be so close to the sea. We had a nice walk on the sea front.
