The beds were not as comfy as expected and the temperature of water was changing rapidly from hot to cold. Also, my phone could not connect to WIFI, could be that it's my phone's problem, but I think it's still worth mentioning.

The location was perfect, near to attractions and quiet at the same time. The staff was super nice and friendly. Value for money.

This is a natural risk of staying in, for very short at a place... The Weather, haha. It's out of the control of the hotel, so not really a minus. Just if the weather was sunny and much less windy, we could have enjoyed more the hotel facilities. Pool looked great, they had a terrace were you could hang out. Next time!

Staff being friendly and the hospitality given. We didn't stay for long, but staff still cared to make our stay nice and welcoming. We were given a choice for rooms, a welcoming drink and some directions to use while exploring the island.

Conveniently located and within walking distance to the centre of Fira and one of the iconic views of the 3 Bells of Fira. Clean and well maintain hotel, friendly staff, an inviting pool. Rooftop area with nice tables and chairs to enjoy your takeaway meals.

Bathrooms small and showers in need of an update. Floor soaked after every shower. Pool was very cold.

Towels were soft and replaced frequently. Rooms cleaned every day. Top terrace fabulous for a take away or a picnic. Perfect location for town, shops, bakery, take aways, bus station and the zig zag path to port. Have in house taxi service which is much cheaper than picked up on road. Also they could find us a ATV for €50 rather than €100 on the street outside. Cheap and cheerful.

Room was really clean & everything looked newly renovated.It was a great location;only a short walk to the caldera & the main Sq.Having cold water in the fridge was a nice touch.There was even a small carafe of local wine.

The street entrance was off putting as looked broken down and unappealing. But the actual entrance to Hotel was lovely The shower was very small and had a shower curtain which stuck to you when showering

Eaten alive by Mosquitoes in the room and after a month in the Cyclades this was the only place we got bitten. Fira is a busy , overpriced resort made even worse when the cruise liners come in. (4-6 a day)

One of the reception staff was unhelpful and uninterested. Some other guests were a bit noisy at night.

For the price, this was a good place to stay, and as you are not near the sea, it's great to have a swimming pool. They helpfully allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout,

I arrived late evening and had difficulty finding the hotel in the dark. The entrance to the hotel is on a narrow lane off a very busy road where people park their cars, as well as larger vehicles, often blocking access to the lane and obstructing the prominently displayed name of the hotel on the wall. It is no fault of the hotel, but it is a nuisance. In broad daylight it shouldn't be a problem.

The shower leaks everywhere, leaving the bathroom soaked after ever shower. Walls are very thin so i couls listen to the neighbors all night

The location is excellent, just off the main street, but in a quiet area. My room was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day. Friendly and helpful hosts. Complimentary wine and water provided on arrival.

The property was centrally located. It was clean with tv and kettle in room. The swimming pool was relaxing but don’t expect a view .

It would have been nice to have an iron available. Shower holder was a bit too high up so couldn't use it.

First of all I was impressed with the level of communication between the hotel and myself. Before arriving I sent queries and I was immediately answered. They helped when I needed transport from airport to hotel as flight was arriving after midnight (against payment). The hotel is very clean and the area surrounding the rooms is quite big. We heard no noise from the street outside. It's true that bathrooms are a bit small but I knew this beforehand and it was not a problem for us. Location is exceptional. You just cross the street, keep going up a small alley and you're at the Caldera.

Bathroom was a bit small, key to get into room was a physical key (not keycard) and only one was provided- even though two guests were staying- made it difficult if one person wanted to stay out, while the other wanted to sleep/stay in.

Very conveniently located! Short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Hotel provided car rides from and to the hotel for a fee. Was very affordable!
