Our room (room number one) had an external door. It was noisy at night and other guests had to walk past our room to get into the main building (which I am sure would be a lot quieter). We were also woken up by guests mistaking our bedroom door for the main door of the property and trying to open our door. The external door also had windows in it (see picture taken at night), which let in lots of residual light from the properties external lights. Black out curtains would be a good improvement. On the final day, the water pressure was very bad and we needed to wait until other guests had a shower before we could have one.

Great location, clean room, straightforward communication with the venue on check in etc.

As the location is in the city centre we expected it to be noisy from outside and we were fine with it. The music was loud but we didn’t mind at all. In the hotel it was extremely noisy!!! There is a terrace available for everyone and we thought it would be closed during the night. There were people at our window screaming and in the hotel running and screaming. I woke up about 10 times during that night. I understand Mykonos is known for having fun and I didn’t mind the people on the street at all but in the hotel it was very loud. The water didn’t work in the hotel and when we contacted the hotel they said it’s because of the city nothing to do with the hotel but I was unable to take a shower but I understand it’s because of the city as they said.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not noise concealed and there was a group of very loud guests partying and screaming till 5am. Imposible to sleep.

The location is amazing! Right in the city center. And the bedroom is very nice.

The curtains don’t block out a lot of light but it’s less noticeable if you close the shutters (or wear a sleeping mask). Otherwise everything was great!

A very modern, spacious room with its own entrance. It is central to everything in the old port area but is not near any of the noisy bars or clubs. There’s an excellent bakery opposite that has a great array of cakes and sandwiches and good coffee.
