The atmosphere wasn't the best for my taste. Two pools with music that I didn't like so much. In the first day the music was so loud that it got inside the room even when I closed all the windows. Then we asked for a solution so we were moved to another room that was more sound proof. That fixed the problem for us.

We arrived at 11pm due to delayed flight - there was no food available on arrival - they should have been able to provide sandwiches , cheese/ salad , some bread and any hot drinks . Bar was open we bought some drinks but there were no bar snacks except one small pot of nuts

Bed is too soft and sunken, which made it really uncomfortable to sleep and we would wake up with sore muscles, pillows are great tho! Also, what was really disappointing for us was that there was no working TV, most of the time it said there was no signal with no way to fix it, and when it did work there was no channel variety, most of it was greek TV. You would expect a 5 star hotel to have a smart TV with youtube or Netflix at least for times when you kinda wanna chill in your room or the weather isn’t the best. Also, a kettle and body lotion would be nice if provided in the room.

Beautiful resort, decorated with taste and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff is nice and kind, great food at breakfast with a large variety. The italian restaurant was amazing and our waiter was the nicest!

My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at Cook's Club Kolymbia, and words can't express how much we enjoyed it. The staff made our stay truly unforgettable, going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff was always willing to assist with anything we needed, making us feel like valued guests. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant manager, Stefanos, and his staff, Marios and Nikos. They were always attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals. The hotel itself is stunning and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are immaculate. The food at Cook's Club Kolymbia is also excellent. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. And no review of Cook's Club Kolymbia would be complete without mentioning the amazing cocktails. Yiannis, the bartender, makes the best cocktails we've ever had. He is truly passionate about his craft, taking great pride in creating drinks that are both beautiful and delicious. Overall, we had an absolutely perfect honeymoon at Cook's Club Kolymbia. The staff, the hotel, the food, and the drinks were all top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our welcome wasn’t great, we turnt up during an off peak time, had to wait 20 mins to be shown to our room, person who which never turnt up so gave up waiting and went to find it ourselves. Second pool next to gym area gets busy before pool towels are even given out at 10am, making it impossible to find a space there. Surrounding area is quiet, would need a car to explore further which we did

Lovely hotel if you just want to relax by the pool, great astetic all around the hotel and in the rooms. Breakfast selection was fab, so much choice and even offered milk/dairy alternatives. Restaurants on site were very chilled, with good food for a cheaper price than surrounding area. Would stay here again for a few days if you just want to chill out - exploring further requires a car

There is absolutely nothing i can think of at the moment. Maybe how a hotel guest behavour was horrible verbally at the breakfast.

We never go to the same hotel as we are looking for new experiences, but this hotel combined with Rhodes has made us want to plan a new trip forward in time with family or friends so that both we and others can experience what we did. - Wonderful, nice and helpful treatment by the staff, they clearly made the whole experience so much better! - Always the best service at any time and professionally - The food is of the highest quality, several restaurants with a lot to choose from and enjoy - Beautiful and modern facilities, the room was absolutely perfect, the architecture well thought out and beautiful, 4 beautiful pools with lots of space, everything related to the pools made us constantly sunbathe/swim in a five star experience. - Gym well equipped with a wonderful modern exotic environment - Supermarket super close - And so much more... I want to thank all the staff at the hotel who were so extremely nice to us. Especially to, - Sokrates, a very down-to-earth and professional hotel manager. - Notis the bartender and Manos the waiter, wonderful people who have become our friends. - Valantis and Barbara in the reception with the finest smiles and service. - Niko and Niko bartenders with wonderful humor. - Ourania and Nadia with a proffesionally and friendly approach. - Janis manager also professional and there for everyone. What we did not like was the availability of mattresses: people were reserving them with the personal items / towels, especially in the nicer pool. After 9:30am, there were no more free left. The other pool was rather disgusting: the filters werent working well and there were pockets of sunscreen and other fluids in the corners of the pool. We went there when we didnt wake up early enough to get a spot in the larger pool.

It is a hip hotel with new facilities. We really liked the food in the restaurants - interestingly they had one Asian and one Italian - interetsing choice for a Greek island, but we liked both.The staff was really nice and accommodating.

The hotel doesn’t have an access to a beach. It wouldn’t be a problem if there was a sufficient number of sunbeds near the pools provided. Frequently, sunbeds were ‚booked’ by laying towels early in the morning and nobody had been using them for hours. Sometimes the staff takes the ‚abandoned’ towels, but it works selectively, which means that some guests can book sunbeds for hours and not take advantage of them. One day, I’ve been looking for a place for nearly 40 minutes. I was observing which sunbeds weren’t being used and finally I asked the staff to take the ownerless towles in order to make me able to use the free places. They were taken, however after a couple of minutes I was literally ‚kicked-off’ from there by the same woman cause suddenly the owners had been found. I was extremely embarassed, especially that dozens of people were looking at us and listening to this misplaced conversation. It was disgusting. The surroundings leaves much to be desired. As I pointed out, there’s not a hotel beach. The municipal beach is quite dirty and badly maintained, which means that you have to pass at least 10 kilometers to reach out a nice place near the sea. Also, there aren’t lots of worth visiting restaurants or other attractions. If you don’t want to spend the whole holidays at the hotel, it’s not an appropriate place to stay.

A fresh, spacious, well-maintained place with a refined, boho decor. A comfortable, big room with all of the necessary amenities and quite comfy bed. For the whole stay, the room had been being scrupulously cleaned each day, which is especially worth being appreciated. When it comes to the breakfast, quite wide range of high-quality products was provided each day. Lots of cheese, vegetables, fruits, meat and bread. Even though I’m picky, I was satisfied with the broadly-based menu.

superb hotel. dreamy boho hic decor, attentive staff, top cleanliness! restaurants are not left out. go there with your eyes closed, excellent value for money, rarely seen a service of this quality for such a budget. we will come back

I liked everything but our room was on the side of the bigger pool and bar. In the evenings there was loud music or performances which if you are a light sleeper can be an issue. Some people were complaining about it but I think it is normal to have some entertainment at nights.

I loved our room. We had a balcony which was facing a hills behind the property. Also the room was nice and cool which really helped at night as the temperature did not go under 26-27 most nights.

The property was cozy and nice

Everything was great, the staff was great, restaurants was nice and good food, in the italy 🇮🇹 restaurant i eet 3 times, I ordered pork and I asked soft meat .it arrived tough meat that can’t eat. I expected to the waiter that I asked for soft meat from him and non chewable rind, ant he still charged me for a dish that was inedible.after eating only in the restaurants and ordering 4 massage’s and spending a lot of money in the pool !!! It left me with a bitter taste at the end of my atay there. And it’s a shame.
