Katefiani Villas were clean, the owner was very helpful and as we were the first staying for new season he even gave us an upgrade. V CB lose to the main bus stop and the beach of Perissa

They didn’t have many supplies in the kitchen. They should get more utensils and glassware. They could have changed the sheets and towels more often. We stayed 6 nights and they changed only once. Bring your own toiletries. They could have cleaned the bathroom shelf which was dusty and never cleaned. They did empty the garbage cans daily.

The owners were always available and very nice. The location was great. It was close to lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants and bars. You can walk to black sand beach. Air conditioning was great. They had a huge parking lot.

Owners are amazing people, they were really nice and kind. The apartment was clean and tidy, the room cleaning was every day and even the bed linens were changed. The apartment is only 200m to the beach and there are two stores nearby. Is not noisy and crowded around the house, like on the first line beach. Thank you, Katefiani!

I like how organize they are from picking up to the airport and everything we need in the room is there. big water which is perfect for a hot dat, airconditioning that works great!!! we have clothes line and balcony to chill! very nice people, will tell u where to go and they tild us about the santo wines, the view is superb! a 2 min. walk to perissa beach and restaurants and shops everywhere, and rental and cafes are all within the area. thank you for the gift, I cant wait to put it on our christmas tree..

Shower head was a bit temperamental and didn't always stay in place.

Super close to beach and restaurants but was just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The hosts were fantastic and helpful with recommendations on what to see and do and was able to provide a shuttle to the port when we checked out.

Did feel it could have been slightly cleaner & it was also the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our time in Greece but also the only one which didn't serve breakfast - but still, it was very affordable!

Lovely hotel & just what we needed - we were island hopping around Greece so were on quite a low budget to save money. Very basic but had a lovely big balcony & a big bed! The owner of the hotel also gave us a lift to the port on departure!

Location is good, close to mini market for shopping daily food etc, short walk to the beach ⛱️, bus stop to Firo is close short walk, room is very functional, owner/ stuff are friendly helpful. Good experience

The appartment is very close to Perissa beach which is a hidden gem on the island. It’s a perfect gateway from hassle and crowds of Oia and Fira. There is amazing bakery around the corner for tasty breakfasts. Jacob made our short holiday run smoothly and his advices helped a lot! We wanted to stay for longer, at least a week and we will be coming back! Thank you very much for the warm welcome!
