While we loved many aspects of Iriana Suites, there were a few areas for improvement. Given the premium price tag for Room 101, the Honeymoon Suite, we expected a bit more 'wow factor' in terms of amenities or special touches. Unfortunately, the proximity to PK Cocktail Bar meant loud music and vibrations kept us up until the early hours most nights. Lastly, the shower in our room had inconsistent water pressure, sometimes requiring us to turn it on and off multiple times to get any water flow. Addressing these issues could elevate the overall guest experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Iriana Suites! The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and boasting the most stunning sunset views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; a special shoutout to Kevin for his exceptional service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was incredible. Highly recommend Iriana Suites for a memorable stay.

We though that we were booking the room in the photos but the didn't provide us that room. unforunately that room in the photos was already occupied but never the less we had a wonderful stay any way.

It was not a fault of the place, but there were several stairs that we had to use daily. This was not expected and perhaps we would have requested a different room. We did not have to carry our bags up or down the stairs and now seeing Santorini and the way hotels are built into the mountain side I completely understand.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The day we arrived they met us where our driver was and immediately took our bags to the hotel for us. They were so friendly and kind and every time we came and left made sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast was provided and was always ready when requested and there was a large assortment of things to select.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff was so accommodating and even waited up until 1am to pick us up and check us in since our flight from Athens was delayed significantly. We love love this hotel, the beautiful views, the aesthetic design, and amazingly kind staff!

Breakfast tea or coffee could be served in a kettle to keep it hot as soon as the breakfast was served on our private balcony it was getting cold in 2 minutes. Water pressure in showers was too low but I guess thats the whole of Santorini. There are no full length mirror in the cave so I had to go out and look at myself in the main door reflection which was also fun.

Beuatiful cave suites.. loved the sunset views and caldera views. Hot tub was excellent and the hotel staff was superb. Special shout out to Cavin (i think) who is at the reception desk from 4pm he is amazing. Also the staff who served us breakfast was amazing. Facilities in the room was amazing. Complimentary wine and water bottle was great addition. We were also offered complementary drinks which was unexpected so made us super happy and we enjoyed watching the sun go down from our own private hot tub. Thank you so much for everything we had the best time. Would highly recommend to everyone I know.

The breakast was served on our terasse with the excellent view where you asked for it served at a specific time. Some of the days it was served 20 min. earlier meaning the eggs and bacon was cold. Perhaps an interval 8.45-9 would be better.

The staff carried our suitcases from out transport down to our room while we enjoyed a free Aperol Spritz on the terrasse. Fantastic view from the terrasse. Very central location (but 134 steps up). We got a free drink when we left while we were waiting for the transport.

Our transportation arrangement to the ferry did not make it on time. This was a little stressful but not at all the fault of the property or the staff. I would just walk and get the bus or a taxi next time.

We stayed in apartment 4. Initially, I thought the hot tub was going to be attached to the room and I was a little disappointed by the view from the room. It did not take much time to see how wrong I was. The private hot tub and spacious deck are upstairs. It was AMAZING. Unbelievable view and such an ideal way to take in the storybook sunset.

Stairs. From our room to the street 95 stairs. We had a very nice view. The heat mix with the really good wine from Santorini and 95 stairs left me out of breath. On a good note. I got my steps in for the day. Great exercise I will stay here again but on the 2nd floor. Less stairs.

Beautiful property! Lots of stairs. No elevators. If you can't walk make sure you stay on 1st floor. Staff Amazing and breakfast on your room patio really nice.

The MOST AMAZING accommodation in Fira. The location was central for all the restaurants and shopping. We not only loved this hotel for the location but also their absolutely outstanding service they have for all their guests staying at he hotel. The breakfast was served to our room each morning and placed on our balcony which complimented the stunning location of the hotel of the sea views and beautiful sunrises. The bed was very comfy, decent sized room, we had the Honeyroom suite which had a lovey view of the surrounding sea views meaning great big window which also had blinds and the balcony door had nice shutters to block out the sun if wanting a nice sleep-in. We had our own private pool set a centralised warm temperature. Their service also extended to assisting me arrange proposal decorations which was very beautifully arranged by the reception staff, special shout out to Marirena and Kevin who worked at reception and the efforts they went to. We can't thank the team enough and can't wait to book ourselves back here for our next holiday.

We liked the design and the colour of the room. Actually the whole hotel is really beautiful. The views were amazing. The breakfast was really nice every morning. The bed was also comfy 🙏 First night we didn't arrive to check in until about 8pm so it would of been nice to have a later checkout than 11am on the morning we were leaving. Would of been great if we were offered somewhere to shower before we left as we we're hanging around to be collected until 7pm. These kind of details would be very close to giving it a perfect 10. A 9 is still a brilliant score.

What an amazing hotel! The location is just perfect! Right in the middle of Fira and next door to PK Cocktail Bar. It was so clean & the staff were exceptionally nice! Nothing was too much for them. Brought us cocktails to the room while we chilled in the hot tub. Kevin was amazing!

The BEST location in Fira. So happy we stayed here. Having our own mini pool was amazing to have in the hot summer heat. Breakfast from the staff was fantastic. And the views were perfect! I would stay here again and again.
