Thank you to all the staff for making our stay with you so special. comfortable and homely. We absolutely loved spending time at the bar and were served (quite a few!) delicious cocktails. The service and friendliness of the bar, reception and restaurant team is second to none and really made our stay memorable. Breakfast was served by the staff at your chosen time (lovely menu choice) and set up in our room or on the balcony which was a wonderful. The cleaning staff are on point and everything was spotless with cleaning daily as well as a check-in every evening too. The porters are amazing lugging suitcases up and down the stairs - thank you. The food was delicious - we had breakfasts of course and one lunch at the hotel. The hotel is in an amazing spot overlooking the caldera. It feels like you are in your own little bubble. The decor is beautifully thought out and adds to the beauty of the spaces and the view. The walk to Fira is not too far and the town is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants above and a few minutes from the hotel so you don’t have to go too far if you don’t want too and there is the option of booking a taxi or getting the local bus. There are quite a few steps but it’s what you should expect if coming to Santorini :) Don’t hesitate to book at this beautiful boutique hotel - it’s incredible!!

Hard to find any issues, however the restaurant, while offering amazing food, was expensive. There are many others on the island that offer great food at significantly cheaper prices.

A simply incredible property. The whole thing from start to finish is hard to beat. The view is amazing, the pool, the rooms, the way it is all put together. The location in Firostefani is the best. The breakfast, served every morning to your room's outdoor viewing area, is a highlight. All the staff were amazing (from the driver who met us at the airport through to reception, food and beverage, luggage and operations - everyone). Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and above all, happy to be there. They went out of their way to make us welcome and enjoy the property. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Nothing - it was perfect.

This is an incredible hotel. It is very rare to find a property that has the highest quality bedrooms, mind-blowing food in the restaurant and consistently friendly service from start to finish. We came here to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was perfect in every way. We have travelled extensively over the years, and Homeric Poems is one of the best placed we've ever stayed in. As you enter the property, the feelings of calm and luxury are very special. Stefano and his team provide a level of service that far surpassed any other hotel. We felt special the entire time and have already recommended the hotel to others. The restaurant needs to be more actively shown on the website, as the food was amazing (clever, imaginative and beautifully produced). Everything was perfect.

Everything at Homeric Poems was exceptional. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from transfers to restaurant bookings and booking our sunset cruise. The property is stunning with beautiful views of the Caldara and is in a lovely quiet location in Firostefani, with an easy walk to Fira and Imerovigli. We enjoyed an exceptional breakfast each morning on our private balcony which was stunning. The property’s infinity pool is very private with beautiful sunset views. Homeric Poems is the perfect place to stay in stunning Santorini.

The property is beautifully nestled into the cliff side in Firostefani, a small suburb of Fira. The hotel amenities were all beautiful and our room was truly incredible. All of the staff made sure to feel that we were provided with 5 star accommodations and they did. The food and drinks from the bar/restaurant were fantastic and all are very carefully thought out by the team. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Santorini.

No restaurant in the hotel. So many stairs to enter the room. Taxi station is 200 meters from hotel. Firostefani is a little bit far from Thira, 20 minutes walking distance, but with up and downs, especially in 40 degrees...kind of heavy...

The location and views were exceptional. Very private and the staff were terrific from the front desk to the staff at the bar to the service staff. The breakfast delivered to your room to have on your private patio was so nice and the food was very good. If I ever come back to Santorini I would come back here and I will recommend it to family and friends.

BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, WOW!!! This hotel is luxury!!!! We couldn't fault our stay here at all. Room was amazing, pool area with the breath taking view was stunning and breakfast served on your balcony was something to remember. There is nothing we didn't like about this resort. We hadn't done much research beforehand but we were taken aback by the view, room & service.

Staff were very helpful, welcoming & informative which help make our stay very relaxed. Despite being only a short walk from the Thera we had huge privacy at the hotel. The Pool area is also overlooking the volcanos and again is very much private and not overcrowded. The breakfast is served to your room but at your balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast is so good with a great choice. Food in the restaurant is also very good.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Everything from the room to the service to the kind-hearted and helpful nature of all the staff members… incredible. Not usually the type to write a review but this place was out of this world. The room was super clean and the bed 10/10 comfy. The shower pressure perfect, the breakfast is 11/10! Brought to your room every morning and what a choice. Not to mention the insane view! The reception staff were the most helpful we’ve ever come across. We were able to book so many things so easily with the help of the staff! Couldn’t be more happy with this incredible place.

Very small point - a curtain for the little window up the top of our room would’ve been perfect for a siesta! Beautiful bright rooms which we loved, just made it hard for an afternoon rest.

First and foremost the staff made this place worth every penny - their hospitality and care was unmatched. The pool, cleanliness and location were also top notch.

Refund policy when booked through their site and booking.com. Booked 2 rooms on biooking.com but one said there was an error, so I booked a room on the hotels site. In the end, I ended up with 3 rooms. I contacted them a week before, but they wouldn't fix the issue, so I paid for a 3rd room I didn't need.

The views are amazing. We had breakfast outside our room each morning brought by the staff. Staff was great. Very relaxing and a great location. We did the hike to Oia from here. Very close to lots of great restaurants.

Amazing place to stay made exceptional by the whole staffing team - the view , the location, the welcome bottle of bubbly and fresh fruit platter , omg the honeymoon suite - and the in depth welcome chat of all the things to do see , places to eat with humour and such enthusiasm by stefano was fantastic. Theoni on reception was always on hand promptly managing any request , Nikkiyka “happy trouble “ in the bar was brilliant, gaberiel and zaninie who brought our breakfast each morning made us smile every day - such an amazing team !! 😎 😎😎😎 - the location is the best on Santorini- the most stunning views of the sunset not blighted by cruise ships - and so much nicer than fira to stay away from the crowds- we didn’t want to leave the tranquility of the hotel! We will be back 10/10 plus on every level! Thank you. Fira is worth the stroll if you want shopping - shops great plenty of them for a few hours it was very pleasant but we ate in all the local restaurants recommended only a few minutes from the hotel - all with amazing views and traditional Greek food! ❤️

The bed was very comfy but was creaking loudly. We didn’t mind though, still slept great! Amazing how the cave feeling does that to you.

Excellent service right from the start, staff met us in town and helped with luggage to the hotel. So friendly and extremely helpful with tips for sightseeing. Incredible views!
