Having enjoying the tasty snacks at the pool the first day we were a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast the following morning. There could also be more storage space for our clothes inside the room.

The location was excellent, walking distance from the centre of Oia but still in a more quiet neighbourhood with stunning views to the Caldera. The stuff was friendly, cool, and always happy to help. The property itself is beautifully designed and decorated, providing spacious rooms and more privacy than we had imagined for a location like Oia. Everything, from the room to the common spaces, was impeccably clean. The pool is a perfect place to just relax while enjoying the Caldera views during the entire day.

The only thing I can think of is that when I asked the reception desk to help (1) find a boat trip; and (2) find a rental car, they came back with extremely expensive options which I later found much more reasonable choices.

Newly remodeled hotel on the cliff of Oia Santorini at the west end of the Perivolas. The location means easy walk to the busiest area of Oia but also easy access from the road (for arrival and departure by car). Like most Oia hotels/resorts, Hom Santorini requires some stair climbing but it is not too bad at all. If you happen to have a rental car (which I highly recommend despite many would argue the opposite), parking is fairly easy close to the Perivolas Hotel which is a 3-min scenic walk to Hom Santorini. There’s a supermarket (Perivolas Market), a post box, a fancy bar (Sky Bar) with superb panoramic view, all right next to the entrance to Hom Santorini at the street level. The service feels like what you would get from 5-star hotels, with the staff members being friendly and extremely responsive to all requests.

The only minor negative: laying out by the pool, we would have welcomed someone to come by more frequently so we could place more drink orders. The bar is steps away from the pool, though, which is nice.

Beautiful room, always air conditioned for when you can't take the intensity of the sun. Always a fresh bottle of water waiting for you after you return after some time away. The pool and bar area are quiet and intimate and perfect for relaxing, and the views are priceless. The staff was incredible. They go above and beyond to get to know you and make you feel at home. Food and drinks were some of the best we've had, in Greece or anywhere.

Not many places to hang things for 2 people. We were gutted to find out upon speaking to other guests how much less they had paid! We paid a huge amount for 7 days, although it was an amazing holiday it did leave a bit of a sour taste. We would go direct to the hotel and not through Booking.com in future.

Hõm is out of this world amazing. The location, the staff, the pool, the rooms, most of all the food...my goodness. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in...ever. Hõm is definately a place we will be back to. The staff are wonderful and nothing is any bother. The chef is so passionate about the food he cooks that you can't help but me mesmerised by his commitment and craft. I'll be spreading the news about Hõm for years to come. This is the first holiday where my husband and I got fantastic nights sleep because of the sheer comfort of our bed and room.

The views are incredible. Perfect pool and sun beds overlooking the most incredible view of the ocean and caldera. The staff was incredibly accommodating, efficient, kind, friendly, and went above and beyond every day to make our days amazing. Staff is able and willing to call and set up reservations for dinners, cabs/transportation, and will arrange excursions as well. The complimentary breakfast was made to order by menu, with many options. Breakfast was served to our private patio, overlooking the ocean, every morning, and was perfect in every way.
