This is a fabulous place to stay! You won’t find a better view of the Xaldera which is what Santorini is all about and the staff are just amazing! Christos and his restaurant team were fabulous as were the rest of the team - Fay who welcomed us along with Marisa and the room cleaning team and bell boy! Just a wonderful experience all round. Everything was amazing ,the view was spectacular, the staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful, the room was clean and large enough, the private pool was amazing with a-lot of privacy. The hotel has elevator and that surprise us on santorini. Thanks to the staff. Because of them my honeymoon was perfect.

Probably the best place I've stayed at in my life. When we arrived at Hom the staff could not do enough for us especially Thomas, they went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The resort in it self is amazing and the scenery / views are beautiful. We will be coming back!

The property was beautiful, however we just had a few too many bugs come in our room. However, we understand being near the water and on an island this is expected. The staff were amazing and provided us with sprays to help reduce the level of bugs in our room.

Literally nothing!

Everything! Nikos and Amarissa made our stay perfect. We were surprise upgraded which was amazing as we were there for our honeymoon! It had a jacuzzi with the best view I have seen in my life. We are both vegan and they had great vegan options in the restaurant - they were also happy to make alterations and combine things. We were able to stay for a few hours before and after check in and they made it really comfortable and even gave us a little tour and history. All the staff were really attentive - said hello and goodbye whenever you came in or out, would give you water if you sat in the communal area. Best stay of my life! We are going to try to come back again next year.

Room description needs to be more accurate with a clear description provided. Front of house needs to be a bit more flexible on checkout.

My wife and I had a lovely short stay at Hom. The hotel is lovely, views are breathtaking with ocean, caldera and sunset views (in late October 2023) with great facilities and exceptional service (porter, restaurant, housekeeping). It was pretty much brand new, we cannot fault it and would highly recommend (aside from the description of our particular room which was not accurate). Upon arrival you enter to a breathtaking view and are provided with a welcome drink and given a tour of the hotel with reception providing tips for restaurants. The porter is really kind and helpful. The hotel is relatively small with 13 rooms so is relatively peaceful. It is on the edge with no other hotels below. It is 5 minute walk from the start of the boulevard so away from the hustle bustle which is lovely. There is even a market at the entrance for any essentials. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and had every amenity including nice touches like chocolates, popcorn and a welcome fruit basket. Not sure about ironing facilities as we had our own travel options. Our room was a Standard Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and Sea View which was nice but was not clearly described as it was based in a hallway, partial sea views at best with one having to leave the room to use the hot tub so was akin to the public pool. Breakfast is delightful with an a la carte menu, we tried most things all which were delicious. The bar staff are friendly and provide exceptional attentive service. The second we were sitting on the loungers they would bring water. Breakfast in the room is available at no extra cost and is particularly nice with the views. There are lunch and dinner options and the food is to an extremely high standard albeit rather expensive (even for Santorini). The restaurant manager was a great guy and even offered to tweak the dishes and source halal meat for us which is really above and beyond. We had the Baklawa one evening which amazing and one of the best we have ever had.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in. It took my breath away and it was an absolute dream from start to end. The views, the pool, the hot tub, the bedroom, the breakfast and lunch, drinks and staff are out of this world. I have never stayed in a place like it.

Everything!! The view was breathtaking and the staff were exceptional. Ritz Carlton level and then some! Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of delicious offerings. They even brought us coffee and croissants for our 5:30am departure (their suggestion). The front desk staff, especially Elani, went over and above to arrange transportation and a lovely itinerary for the day. Loved the catamaran!! Our experience was 10/10!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hom Santorini, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hoetl itself is beautifully appointed with stylish, decor that creates a soothing and relaxing ambiance. But what really made my stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in the mydoor, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations and answering all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge bent over backwards to get me reservations at a very popular local restaurant. The housekeeping staff did an immaculate job cleaning my room and even left sweet goodnight chocolates on my pillow. And the room service was lightning fast and incredibly courteous. I was just so impressed by the effort and care put in by each and every staff member. They truly went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and make sure I had the best possible experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. But even more so, their kindness and desire to be helpful made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot recommend Hom Santorini highly enough, especially for anyone looking for stellar customer service. The exceptional staff made my stay absolutely exquisite from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I highly recommend it.
