We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayNoisy from the hallway to the room, I think there was a gap between the door and the door frame, so that I saw the light from the hallway shining through, which may partly explain why it was so noisy from the hallway to the room.

United States of AmericaNothing to complain about. Everything seems a freshly painted brilliant white. The floors or a sort of a smooth green. Plenty of electric plugs in each room for all your devices.
The comp breakfast was about the best I’ve had in three months of traveling. The three mains were deep dish: omelette/frittata, a sweet meet pie, and cheese pie covered with flaky Filo dough. Of course there was plenty of cereals, yogurt, bread, and fresh fruit. Unfortunately, the coffee was powder. The roof terrace is where breakfast is served. it has a stunning view of the next island and seas. Perfect place to watch the sunset as well as to hang out during the day. ULI, the manager was exceptionally helpful. The rest of the staff were all quite friendly. It’s a family business.

Excellent location, close to the main port of Paros, short walk to restaurants, shops and old town. rooftop breakfast included which was one of a kind for Paros. Pricing was very reasonable and excellent customer service.

ArgentinaAround 630 am a lot of noise and music came into our room from the bathroom's windows. It seems the crew was preparing/cooking breakfast. Maybe this can improve without putting any music on the rooftop?
Juli and Georg were amazing hosts. They provided the best attitude and excellent tips. The rooms are nice but they have no views of the sea or hills because the hotel is in the middle of a residential area. Breakfast was really nice in the rooftop and included several options of fruits, bread, yogurts, coffee, etc. We were able to leave our luggage before doing the check in and after checking out, THANKS!

The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing (try the milk pie) as well as the rooms, recently renewed, fresh, with a king size bed and all the amenities. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the center and with easy parking.

Very clean accommodation in Parikia, kind of recently updated, relatively close to the center of the town, the port and a nice beach. Rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller, but the beds are extra large and very comfy, with spotless linen & towels changed daily. A very nice rooftop where breakfast is served, that you can also use for relaxation during the day & evening.

Breakfast is good with limited options but very good quality and staff is super good to entertain any request. Location is pretty good as its walking distance from main port and nearby markets. Hotel people gave a bottle of wine and ice creams for my birthday and staff is always ready for an extra mile for any assistance needed. At a small island of Paros, this hotel is doing way more than what other chain hotels are doing. Reception is opened almost all time and staff is there to help as and when needed.

United States of AmericaI really loved how close the hotel was to the port. I noticed many ppl were forced to order car services or rent vehicles when bringing their items directly from the ferry. Luckily, the hotel was a short walk away so it was a smooth transition to drop my things and go out! The service was also super amazing! My favorite thing was probably the excellent breakfast spread! So many options to choose, fresh flavors, and a stunning view!!
