This is the most comfortable stay throughout our trip in Greece. Sparkly clean, well-furnished with keen attention paid to details, centrally located - just a short walk to bus station and restaurants. And top it off with the very kind and warm host who is the most helpful and happy to share about the house. Would stay here again the next time we come Fira!

We loved everything about our stay at the Grand-Mere Calliope! First, the host (and apartment owner), Nikitas communicated with us extensively prior to our arrival at the property. He arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport and take us to the property. And he was waiting at the property when we arrived. He showed us around the apartment and sat down in the living room to just chat with us. This made us feel very special that he would take quite a bit of time to get to know us. Many snacks and a bottle of wine were provided for my wife and I as well. Second, the apartment was FANTASTIC! Nikitas recently remodeled all the apartments in his building and they turned out wonderfully! Nikitas' pride regarding his apartment is evident with the recent remodel. Top materials and craftsmanship was used in the remodel. The apartment is well laid-out and very functional. The apartment was very quiet and close to the center of Fira; just a ten minute walk to the middle of town. We will definitely stay at Nikitas' property again in the future!

Location is perfect to restaurants, main bus stop and supermarkets. You have everything basics in the kitchen for cooking. Clean and spacious flat with patio to enjoy.

This place has exceeded our expectations. The owner personally welcomed us, showed us around and shared with us the history of the house. I was impressed with the architecture of the apartment and how much thought went into designing it. They thought about everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a washmachine/dryer. The apartment was also very spacious. It felt like we could stay there forever. The location was amazing as it was only 5min walk from the local bus station as well as to Fira centre where you will find all the shops, restaurants and amazing cliff views. We would higly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini and want to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home.

Everything was excellent! Nikitas (host) was very attentive . He made our stay very pleasant . The apartment is exactly as show on Booking, super clean, nice size room, washer/dryer. Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back.

We had such an amazing time in this fabulous apartment in the heart of Fira. The location is unbeatable; you're close to the main square with tons of restaurants and shops and on the main road to explore the island. The apartment itself is gorgeous. It's brand new with everything you need, and the standard is high with a lot of attention to detail. We loved the shower! The apartment is quiet due to the soundproof windows, and the Wi-Fi is good. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment is spacious. We were so happy to find this place and can 100% recommend it. You will be grateful to have chosen this apartment. A very special thanks to the lovely host and manager, Nikitas. Thank you for all your support and your warm welcome. We will come back!

The house is in a central position in Fira, near good tavernas and restaurants. It is ideal if you move into Fira and generally if you have to move across the island. The rooms are comfortable and clean, furnished with fine and comfortable furnitures. Nikitas, the host, is the best you can meet for politeness and friendliness towards the guest. A magic place in a magic island.

The location was.great. A few minutes walk to the center of Fira, restaurants, cafes, and the central bus station. The apartment is big, new and beautiful. Super clean.A large and very comfortable bed. Very comfortable bedding. There is also a small balcony. Equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine. And Nikita, the owner of the apartment, is very kind and always available for any need. Highly highly recommended 🙂

Our ever helpful host Nikitas greeted us upon arrival. He showed us around the apartment (and even demonstrated how to unfold the sofa bed). What strikes me most about his place is how brand new all the facilities are. Not only new but of high quality! From the double insulating window glass to the bathroom fixtures, all at least of 4 star quality. And I should stress this- it's a clean apartment!! That is always what I seek most in my choices. AC is very good and hot water in the shower is always plentiful.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable (they might be new I am not sure but are not very good). Also, you can’t leaven the air conditioning on if you remove the key so that might need to be separated from the key. Other then that everything was perfect

The flat was super super clean and new and nice, equiped with everything you need for a short-medium stay. (It looks 99% similar to what you see on the pictures). The location is perfect, right on the main street and just a few step away from the main - tourist/restaurant/shop- area of Fira. If you want to rent a car, there is also a car rental right next door with the owner being very joyful and chilled, making the whole renting process very easy. The owner of the flat, Nikitas, is very very friendly and supportive. I am very greatful that he helped us a lot during both the check-in and check-out when we arrived quite late on the first day and also left far after the standard check-out time.

They saw in our reservation that we have an infant and covered all sockets with socket covers! Excellent location, close to the main square of Fira with many shops, restaurants, bars etc. There is also a private parking space for the car.

Everything about this apt is perfect! The bed and pillows are super comfy, and the rain shower is amazing! The washing machine cum dryer is a great plus. The location and price is perfect for us in Fira because we have already spent a few nights in a cliff side apt in Imerovigli. Experiencing Santorini from here is the best because Fira is the center. And the apt has everything for a great stay, even for cooking meals. Eirini is always responsive to our enquiries and requests, and very helpful when we had problem contacting a tour agency. The welcome wine and coffee making machine is very much appreciated too.

the space is clean, adorable, and location is walking distance to everything you need. bus was down the st., shopping for food next door and all restaurants/shopping all within 5 min walk. the space was luxurious and clean. it felt like the perfect Greek getaway. the host was also extremely detailed and helpful-shocked how on top of it he was. we will be returning when we come back, this place gave me and my family a memory they would never forget. wish there were more people like this host and spaces like this. 🙏🏽❤️

Perfect little apartment, in a great location and with all the amenities that you may need for a wonderful stay. Nikitas, the owner was super helpful, letting us check out late in the afternoon as we had a later flight. He was also available, if needed, and sorted our delays and booking a taxi to the airport as well. The apartment is barely 4 minutes walk to the centre of Fora, and there is even a shop right next door from where you can get all your groceries, too.

NOTHING. Everything was FANTASTIC.

I did not just like this property...I LOVED IT. From the actual property to the location to my host - Emmanuel - I have never felt this much-taken care of. Emmanuel and his brother touched base with me almost every single day and asked me if I needed anything. Emmanuel came a few times just to make sure I was OK. They were fantastic. As regards the location - IT IS THE BEST. I was so close to the downtown area of Fira. It was wonderful. I stayed here for a week and walked from Fira to Imerovigli almost every single day and it was fantastic! I genuinely cannot say good things about Grand-mere Caliope. The location, hosts, the actual apartment (OMG...it was such a stylish and sophisticated one-bedroom apartment). I loved my stay and would recommend it 100% to anyone wanting to travel to Santorini.

Upon our arrival, the host waited for us in the apartment, showed us everything there was in the apartment, answered all our questions, and was available for us when we had questions during our stay. The host was very kind, the apartment was very well equipped, and the location was excellent. Super happy!
