So amazing! Usually when we are exploring a new city, we don't spend much time in our hotel but this time we could not wait to get back to our room each day! Afrim was the best. He greeted us when we were dropped off by the car transfer and carried our luggage to our room as well as when we checked out (there are lots of stairs so it was very helpful). He and Lola were always available to answer any question but we did not have any! They provided us everything already. We loved spending time on our balcony (couldn't ask for a better view) and breakfast each morning was delicious. Bathroom and hot tub were so clean. Fridge was fully stocked with drinks. Location was perfect - right off the main streets of Fira and very close to the bus and taxi stations which we used often to get around the island. Lola was very sweet and even left us with a gift! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Santorini.

The transfer from the airport to the accommodation was organized for us on request. We were greeted very warmly by Lola and Afrim. Both were always incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had the Cave Suite which was stunningly beautiful with its own indoor jacuzzi and a large outdoor lounging area. The location offers a unique view of the caldera. Great importance is attached to cleanliness and hygiene. Every morning you can choose a different breakfast which is served in the room or on the balcony. The accommodation is protected from view from the outside, so that privacy is particularly high. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

We loved everything - nothing negative to report.

The views were pretty spectacular. The photos simply don't do it justice - you must experience this place for yourself. Both our host Lola and her associate, Afrim (sp?) were both friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. The place was clean, up-to-date and everything worked - the hot tub that overlooks the Caldera was freshly cleaned for us, heated to the perfect temperature so on a cool evening, you were nice and toasty overlooking the beautiful ocean. The following morning, our breakfast was promptly served to us in this exclusive suite with a smile and everything was tasty and fresh. Appreciated our lovely parting gift to remember our trip by. We miss both Santorini and our hosts already! Thank you so very much!

Everything was perfect

Amazing place, best view in town, and the nicest staff, we spent a wonderful week. We were met by Afrim the first day (such a nice gentleman) and he made us feel very welcome. Lola the manager was very nice, very friendly and very helpful. We felt so special to have our breakfast served in our room every morning and greatly enjoyed the conversations we had with Afrim. Lena who was cleaning our room was very polite making sure not to disturb us when we stayed in to relax. The room was beautiful and super clean, the location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. Last and certainly not least, the view, wow, it was breathtaking, better than the pictures. We also appreciated the fact that Lola came to see us before we left to say goodbye and made sure we enjoyed our week. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and we would love to go back. Thanks for everything Lola and Afrim.

My only feedback would be to swap the beds for a more comfortable mattress. They were rather stiff.

The view from the room is the best. It is such that it is in center of the island, and we can see both ends of the island, Akrotiri Lighthouse and the Oia and above 200-220meters above sea level. I would even go a step further and say the room is awesome in all regards, The room we booked was Cave Suite and i would say it has the best view and The private indoor pool/jacuzzi is very good with temperature control. I would rate this in the top 5 rooms i have ever stayed. The breakfast spread was very good too🤩 The Manager Lola is very Sweet and helpful and assisted us with a lot of information which was helpful to go around the island.
