It was fantastic. Just what our family needed. Pool to ourselves was brilliant. The children could start playing in the water straight away in the morning and they loved it.

This is a lovely villa, beautifully decorated and in a quiet rural setting. It is really well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the villa is exactly as shown in the photographs. It is just a 5 minute walk to the local bakery, a Carrefour supermarket (which is well stocked but very expensive) and local restaurants. You can also catch the local buses from here which go everywhere on the island (they are really cheap). Uber is available, but weirdly only at a fixed rate of €36 per trip. The local beach and restaurants are just another east 15 minute walk away. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely spectacular.

The villa is in a great location, is comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Maroulia, the host, takes a huge amount of pride in the villa and she is always on hand with help and answers to any questions. Adonis came to clean the pool daily and gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit. All in all this villa comes highly recommended.

The quality of the Villa was exceptional, perfectly clean and the pool was larger than the photos suggested. The hand made fixtures and fittings were beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious. Maroulia our host was exceptionally helpful, on hand for tips, advice and anything we needed.

There is a water filling station close to the house which is not exactly beautiful, but you would be looking at the mountains and your own pool anyway when sitting outside, so it’s not really an issue.

Extremely clean, totally unique and tasteful deco, good airconditioning (just turn the thermostat down enough), excellent soundproofing, great pillows and good beds, two bathrooms with showers, excellent floor plan with spacious rooms for a family or two couples. Front yard and pool are very beautiful and presumably brand new. Very private. And to top things off maybe the most tentative host we’ve ever had. We asked for suncovers for the yard and got them within hours, we were allowed to check out later for much improved logistics and enjoyment of the kids and basically all our needs were proactively asked for and fulfilled.

If you are lucky enough to book this villa you are in for a treat to meet the kindest, sweetest and most generous hosts you will ever find, I have truly found my place in Santorini that I will be happy to come back to and see my Greek family again:) the hosts also own a great local shop in Perissa (mermaid) with the best prices so it is a big bonus. The villa is beautiful and spotless, so clean and you get clean water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi at the start of your holiday. The villa is near the beach, only a 2 minute drive, I recommend renting a car so you can truly discover the island. We loved vlychada beach! There is a great bakery , only a 5 minute walk to the main road and there is a good supermarket, only a 4 minute drive away. The pool was not heated but we managed to swim a little, even in April. Pool was cleaned every day. The jacuzzi was fun:) The kitchen is well equipped, including coffee and other condiments. We were so happy to be able to make pancakes and eggs for breakfast every day because there was a pan, toaster, bowls, plates, cutlery, mugs and also wine glasses - Everything you might possibly need. There is a tv with Netflix etc. Look no further and choose this villa for the best holiday in Santorini!

If you value peace, privacy, then this villa is perfect for you! It is located away from the town, next to a beautiful mountain. Horses graze nearby, you feel like in the countryside. But just a few minutes walk there is a wonderful bakery, bus stop, shop, sea and many restaurants. The place is very convenient. I really liked the villa itself: handmade furniture, cozy, very clean and everything is thought out for a comfortable rest. The pool is great, cleaned every day. And on top of all that, an extremely friendly, kind and caring hostess ❤️ We really recommend it!

Very neat,clean,compact villa. Close enough to Sea and restaurants. Also Bakery and Supermarket very close walking distance. The location is central to all promenades of Perissa and Perivolos. Very clean Villa,excellent communication with the owners and Maroulia was outstanding. The pool is neat and well looked after by Maroulias Father .This was cleaned everyday,as was the Villa. Our hosts where just simply amazing !! They met us at the property with the keys & helped us find the villa when we got lost .... They helped us arrange a fantastic boat trip & recomended some fantastic restaurants around the Ilsand. They could not have done anymore to make you feel welcome & looked after !! Exemplary Hosts !!

The coffee machine broke, but it was fixed quickly. Within 30 minutes, Maroulia had sent someone over to fix/replace it. Other than that we had a cold shower once, due to a lack of sun during the previous day (which warms the hot water on the top of the roof - as with almost every place in Santorini). Nothing Maroulia or the place could do anything about.

Maroulia is a great hostess, she was waiting for us at the villa with the keys and showed us around. The place is located close to the beach town Perissa, but at a really calm location with not a lot of traffic. Some of surroundings are not that beautiful (outside of the villa's property is a construction site located - which only has people over a couple of times a week - not a lot of noise/people looking at you), but that didn't bother us at all. It was great to have our own pool and sitting area, and we fully enjoyed the great weather. The place is clean and has a fully equipped kitchen and airconditing in every room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The property was everything we needed and more. Perfect for our group of 3 adults and two young children. Close enough to bars and restaurants but far enough out to be nice and quiet. Maroulia looked after our booking and was so friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay (arranging car hire and transfers). Perfect!

The property was away form the city and people which was really nice! The prpperty had everything we needed and we had a great time! The rooms fit the description and everything is in great condition, the beds was super comfortable! Maroulia took great care of us, she rented a taxi from the airport as well as found a great deal for a car to get around! She was super helpful and was reachable any time! I really recommend this place if you’re staying in Perissa!
