Side road to property from main road was a little narrow and busy at times for walking

Beautiful courtyard with breakfast, friendly and helpful owners suggested several good traditional Greek restaurants, and convenient 10 minute walk to port, bus and old town.

The only issue we faced was that our bathroom door did not have a locking facility

The staff was very friendly and gave us a number of good recommendations for places to eat and places to visit and how to navigate around the town. The breakfast provided was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it . The location was superb and was close to the bus stop and the port and made it very easy to navigate around the island

We spent 5 days in this accomodation. Manolis and Anna are very nice persons; they were always available for us and gave us all the details we needed for our stay. They also helped us with the car renting. Breakfast is served every day by the hosts in the garden, with classic or vegan option. Products are the same each day, but they are fresh and local. I recommend this place for a stay in Parikia.

This is the cutest accommodation I have stayed. Ana and Manolis were absolutely abordable and hospitable. They made us feel like home while in Paros. If you don’t know what to do in Paros, feel free to ask them for recommendations. They’re more than happy to help! And the breakfast? Phenomenal! Ana and Manolis prepare it all by themselves with fresh local ingredients. This is defo a wonderful experience filled with love from them! :-)

Everything. Manolis and Anna are the best hosts. They have been so welcoming and helpful, provided tips to visit Paros and helped us to rent a car that was delivered in the parking just across the street. Very good breakfast in the charming garden with fresh, local products. We really liked our room, offering everything you need. We will definitely stay again at Eleni Rooms when we are back in Paros ! The hosts were amazing! The breakfast delicious! The outdoor space was beautiful and tranquil! The rooms were large and clean and had everything needed! It was the perfect distance from popular attractions while having local experience outside of tourist areas and peace.

Very nice accommodation and very clean, Manolis and Anna are very nice people and they give a little part of Greek culture only this. They share love and kindness with all the guests and explain everything about Paros. We fully appreciate the hospitality and love and recommend to other, to have the same experiences.

This was such a lovely stay. Manolis and Anna were SO good to us the entire time. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, talking us through where to go and where to eat. Chatting at breakfast was like talking to our friends. Thank you again for everything, especially going above and beyond helping out with Abby's project! Would come back in a heartbeat.

This little hotel is Eleni's and her families legacy. Everything is done to .make their guest comfortable and happy. We very much enjoyed the hospitality at this family run hotel. The bonus is they know everything about Paros and they share that knowledge with their guests. The rooms are comfortable, the location is great, and the breakfast in the beautiful garden is excellent.

A very beautiful boutique hotel run by a lovely couple Anna and Manolis. They were extremely friendly and interactive with the guests ; they made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and cosy, good toiletries were provided and importantly hot water at any time of the day (something which we didn't get in our rooms in the other islands) The breakfast was hearty and excellent. The garden and dining area looks even prettier than the photos. It doesn't feel too far from the port, just a 10 min walk. .

We liked EVERYTHING about Eleni Rooms! Manolis and Anna were perfect, very helpfull with everything and the energy is unreal! The rooms were so comfortable and we felt like home! The owners of Eleni rooms are very friendly, helpful and always provide a lot of tips and information. The location of the facility is 10/10. (is close to the beach/the port and the restaurants).The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. We highly recommend staying with Anna and Manolis. Everything was perfect!

Our hosts Manolis and Ana were amazing! They are so welcoming and warm hearted. They really took their time to give you as much information about Paros as possible: restaurants, beaches (which waters are safe to visit due to hygiene), etc. Also mother Eleni is very sweet and friendly. The rooms are just beautiful and super clean! There is a possibility to park the car outside and the distance to the center is perfect - a really nice 10 min walk along the sea. What a great experience! Thank you :)

I found the bed a bit hard for my personal comfort, a mattress topper may be helpful. Otherwise everything else was perfect

The courtyard was just outside our room and enjoyed coffee & wine soaking up the surrounding, it is absolutely gorgeous Manolis & Anna are great hosts & very friendly, Manolis took time to explain all the sights to see and options of transport

It was a very nice small hotel, with the most lovely and helpful hostess, great location, nice and big rooms, fresh fruit, bisque, candy and water served in your room every day. Great and lovely outside areas to each rooms and a charred garden. We will for sure come back.
