The pools for each villa isn't fully private and is only semi-private as guests who walked in front of your room to get to theirs will have to pass in front of your pool, unless you are staying at the very end.

Breakfast was superb and well-prepared every morning. The facilities were very well-maintained by housekeeping and the front desk staff were very helpful - helped us arrange for a car rental with ease.

Anyone staying here in my mind need transport to get around the island and to go to shops,but that wasn’t a downfall as hired quads and enjoyed coming back to a peaceful accommodation where you can relax and take in the views

Immaculately clean and lovely rooms, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of what you would like daily. Rooms were cleaned daily to an immaculate standard .The views were amazing.

I truly have zero complaints.

The atmosphere was tranquil and restorative, with much thought given to the decorative details in this regard. (For example, lavender, mint, and rosemary bushes were right outside our door, along with lovely hibiscus and lantana flowers.) We could hear peaceful water sounds. The caldera view was stunning. The color scheme inside the suite was lovely and peaceful as well.) Somehow, the pool deck never gets too hot to step on! The double shower and jacuzzi tub were amazing.The breakfast was a huge highlight. There are many delicious choices, and we loved the option to be served in our suite. The daily visits from local kitties added a sweet charm! The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and kind. They answered our questions and helped us make arrangements (such as for transport) when needed. It is a bit far from the more populated spots on the island, but that is exactly what we wanted.

We would have liked to have been told that whilst the hot tub was private to us in the sense that it could only be used by us, it was not private to our room I.e. there was a communal path between our room and the terrace where the tub was located.

We loved the peace and quiet. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff. And the breakfast was luxurious

Still felt like new as it did in 2018. Beautiful hotel with incredible views. Suites are superb with lovely bedding, towels, robes and slippers. Food in the restaurant is also excellent. Late booking so it was also exceptional value for money.

Absolutely perfect! One of the best hotels we've ever been in! Everything was excellent, The room- I can't even describe it in words but I'll try, the room was huge, clean, a lot of space, the jacuzzi inside the room is like a pool and not a jacuzzi! We wished the private hot tub outside our room would be a bit warmer. Our advice for guests: rent a car or ATV. We did not and although you are able to walk to the nearest bus station, I wouldn’t advise it. (This is not the fault of the hotel of course).

Wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help us whenever we needed something. Facilities were spotless and the cleaners were excellent with tidying our room. Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Away from the hordes of tourists. Perfect place for couples.

Amazing resort: great design, ample space in front of the room with little pool and relax space where to have breakfast or take the sun. The swimming pool is perfect, with view and super quiet. Personal very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that is in very quite area, but only 10-15 min from Fira and from main beaches. Very good also the trasfer from and for the airport.

You can hear your neighbours. We had a fighting couple next door and then It was diruptfull. When we rented an ATV recommended by reception It did not arrive in time and we received a quad which was broken and had to be replaced. Water on the Island (tap, shower, pool) is slightly salty due to the facet that It is comes from cleared sea water. Breakfasts: It could have more simple options like cheese spread and omlettes, tomatoes.

View and surrundings are spectacular. Room is 1:1 with pictures on Booking. Staff is proffesional and pleasant. They go out of their way to make your stay better. Restaurant is good and open and you can order beverages at The pool. Suites are well managed and processes thought through. It is quiet arround so It is a very good getaway. Wi-fi is available and working well everywhere you need. Hot tub temp is high enough. Orientation to detail: high, german wine glasses, plates, knives etc.
