Value for money!! The breakfast was rich, tasty & healthy, incl. fantastic homemade cottage cheese pie, eggs, fruits&veggies from the garden. The owner was very helpful and polite. Good communication. Our room was clean and equipped with kitchenette.

Some guests were too noisy early in the morning and late at night.

The hotel provide the necessary for a short or long stay. Clean linen, a small cooker (I didn't use it), few crockery. The bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained. All in all, you get what you've paid for and I was in general satisfied by my stay

We were on the 3rd (last) floor without the elevator.

We liked the relax communication with the host and the environment of the hotel. The host was friendly and he let us enter the room before the official time,as well as to stay after the official departure time. The apartment was spacious with a big terrace and equipped kitchen. You can hear the cricket and even the waves during the night.

very small complaint, only two power sockets but easily fixed by buying extension lead for 7 euros from local hardware store. would have been nice if shower head could have been fixed up to wall. not the fault of the host but room flooded on final night making the kitchen sink live electric.

The breakfast on booking.com of 7€ does Not exist. You are required to go to owners other hotel and pay 20€ each for a set breakfast. No mention of price until time to pay. 😔 Cooking facilities was 1 single electric element as stove did not work.

Easily accessible apartment, good start for Olympus tours, Thessaloniki, Meteoras. The landlord, Johannis, is a warm hearted, extremely helpful and friendly guy, who is the embodiment of all the great Greek virtues. If You choose the option of breakfast, prepare to be fed absolutely full.

I didn't like that there were a lot of mosquitoes, and that the apartment smelled a bit like mold.

Considering that we only stayed one night, our experience is small. Basically the accommodation is located about 100 meters from the sea, and what I liked is that the place itself is quiet and ideal for vacation. The building itself is clean, but ripe for renovation, especially the bathroom. In my opinion, taking everything into account (location, place, sea....) the apartment is not worth the money we paid (max. 25e and not 50e as we paid.)

it was old and tired like walking into 1965 not a bad thing if you’re into retro but in desperate need of a cash injection, the central corridor was echoing and vary noisy and paper thin walls. could hear the people in the next room getting it on quiet clearly. the steel sink went live when I turned on the electric then the sockets stopped working when I finally found some one to look shaking wires wasn’t really fixing the problem. bedside lamp didn’t work meaning you have to walk to the bathroom in the dark feeling for a light switch that was hanging of the wall with live wires. not a pleasant feeling in the middle of the night

When we arrived, staff told us that they accept only cash, after 6 days charged one more time my bank card, so did double payment. Those of you, which you paid in cash at this Dias rooms, I would recommend to check your bank transactions.

a litlle far from the beach, we had to wait for the owner to come (after 15pm) so we can check in, this was very unpleasant
