Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations! I would not have changed a thing.

The location of the hotel is WONDERFUL! A cave suite overlooking the caldera with a private hot tub, table w/ 4 chairs & two very comfort lounge chairs just for our family:) Veronica from Diamond Suites made all our arrangements in advance. She is such a pleasure to deal with and I immediately knew we were in good hands. Our anniversary dinner was AMAZING thanks to her suggesting 41 on Black Beach! The night before was equally amazing at the rooftop restaurant she planned for us ( at a table with the best sunset view on the island per her request;). A private tour of the island w/ Ted at Thira Day Tours and an hour at Art Space winery are both highly recommended. Also, excellent recommendations made by Veronica!!! I would stay at Diamond Suites again in a heartbeat and Veronica is THE BEST💙💙💙🇬🇷❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸

Honestly nothing

- Veronica was very helpful and enthusiastic in providing us with all necessary information in order to ensure that we have a perfect stay. The most important thing is that she does arrange a porter that helped carried our luggage. We had 4 suite-cases (~25kg each) and the porter was amazing holding them with all the stairs and all the way to the suite. - Sapphire suite is more private than other suites (no tourists can pass by like other places in the island) - the view was just breathtaking. The suite had everything we needed from internet, amenities and Netflix. Do not hesitate to book Sapphire Suite. It is worth every penny.

Cleaning is done every 2 days but not a big deal

We were in the Pearl suite: - small but lovely room, well equipped and the private terrace has an amazing view, a little bit « hidden » from others ; good quality / price ratio - perfect location in the center of Oia but still quiet - Elena has been a perfect host, always looking to help for anything (restaurants reservations, car rental, advices, …) Do not hesitate if available!

Almost nothing negative to mention. The only tiny thing really was that there's no phone/internet connection in the bathroom. It is a cave, after all, but at least it would be good to make the wifi extend there just in case.

Our host, Veronica, could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful. Such a great experience working with her. She gave us very detailed info about the suite and the area, with tips on where to eat (and helped arrange breakfast for us), where to catch sunset and sunrise, etc. She made herself available to us day and night if we had any questions. We felt extremely taken care of. The suite itself was so beautiful and cozy, with a very dramatic shower room and bathroom. The private pool and patio was actually fairly private, especially compared to others we saw nearby. It was such a pleasant place to hang out, have a dip, and eat breakfast with a drop-dead-gorgeous view of the caldera. Loved how the suite felt both vintage and modern at the same time. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a fantastic home base for our time on Santorini. We could easily have stayed a week, and can't wait to go back. We would absolutely stay here again.

LOVED EVERYTHING! Veronica (our host) was absolutely wonderful at everything. She was super efficient and responsive even before we arrived. The porter showed us where to park (huge free parking lot) and helped us with our luggages. The location was perfect as well. Close to parking and all the restaurants/cafes/infamous blue dome. Our room was exactly as photographed, with a postcard view. It was one of the best stays we have had.

Great location, super comfortable. Host Veronica is very nice, she was so helpful during our stay. Always available to answer questions. The view is to die for and it's right in the center of Oia. Stairs are also in a private location so no one passing outside of the house. Would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Veronica's place and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Everyone, from the friendly driver who picked me up at the airport to the helpful assistant who carried my luggage to the suite, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. But it was Veronica who truly made my vacation extraordinary. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable was evident in every aspect of the suite. The suite itself was a haven of luxury and convenience. It was tastefully decorated, with every amenity one could possibly need. The moment I stepped inside, I felt like I had entered a tranquil sanctuary, completely detached from the outside world. And let's not forget about the view. Oh, the view! It was simply breathtaking. From the suite, I was treated to a panoramic vista that stretched as far as the eye could see. Veronica's place truly exceeded my expectations. The impeccable service, the stunning decor, and the mesmerizing view all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Amazing uninterrupted views, central location, stayed in the sapphire room, more of a private property with no tourists passing by and Veronica was a great host, she managed a smooth check-in to checkout process from transfers to anything else you needed. Definitely recommend.

The location of the property is perfect, right in the center of the Oia action but tucked away enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. Could not have asked for a better location! Veronica was absolutely spectacular to work with- she was SO caring, thoughtful and helpful with the planning process of day-to-day activities and transportation. She made it all feel effortless. I communicated back and forth with her for a month during the planning process and by the end of it she felt like family. I hope to see her again one day! Thank you!

we had an excellent time staying at the Diamond Suites. The room is very spacious, comfortable and has an incredible view of the caldera. The Jacuzzi upstairs is incredible. I also have to mention the hospitality and kindness of our host Veronica, who helped us with everything, from tours to tips on how to find your way around the island. In addition, he presented our daughter with a beautiful bracelet.

The decking by the pool gets very hot!

The suite is in a perfect location within Oia, so close to all the bars and restaurants but such a peaceful spot. The decor and space of our suite was ideal with plenty of room for us and our son Our host Veronica was fantastic and always on hand to help 😊
