Fantastic stay at Divino Suites!! Brilliant location and Anna was a great host who couldn’t do enough for us! We were visiting Santorini for our wedding aniversary and our stay here made it extra special. Hot tub on the balcony was perfect setting to relax before heading into Fira (5 min walk away)

Amazing Hosts! A small family business, Anna was great and responded promptly to any enquiries I had and even gave a few tips around the area. Her husband helped with any technical issues (light bulb needed replacing) swiftly and promptly. The room was extremely clean, and cleaned everyday. It was an absolute joy of a stay and as a solo traveller I felt completely safe. Would highly recommend!!

The location of the property was perfect, only a 10 minute walk in to Thira where we could get everything we needed. Everything was so clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy and the hot tub was a great addition for us. The staff were fantastic, the room was cleaned almost every day and the hot tub every few days. Anna was brilliant, she was so helpful and answered any queries we had. She organised a transfer for us there and back and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much, we loved our stay.

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walking distance from Fira centre. Everything was absolutely perfect, very quiet, I don't always sleep well on holidays but there, I had a great sleep! Very comfortable bed. The room was beautifully decorated, cleaned everyday, the jacuzzi was amazing! Anna was extremely helpful and nice ! The view was lovely with the sea and the tree and being woke up everyday by the singing birds was just amazing. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

There is close to nothing to criticise with our stay. The only blemish, which I highlight is not the fault of Divino Suites and I would imagine would certainly not happen for the foreseeable future as the work will be completed, is that there was some construction work being carried out in the hotel next door to us which was loudly drilling during the day when we were trying to relax.

Our room at Divino Suites was wonderful - a beautiful view and beautiful decor, not to mention the hot tub placed overlooking the sea. Our host Anna was very helpful with arranging extras (transport from airport, recommending local eateries etc) and was always at hand via messaging. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we met every day with a new towel arrangement on our bed complete with rose petals. Would highly recommend this wonderful place and it is only a short walk from the main hub of Fira.

Jacuzzi, big balcony with great views, large flat screen TV, coffee machine with gratis coffee. Beauty products for free as well. Iron, hair dryer in room. May be a small thing but I liked also that there were tissues by the TV desk very convenient! Hope I didn’t miss anything it was amazing how the host thought of every detail! Oh and daily cleaning and fresh towels as well… easy check in.

The wifi sometimes is a bit slow

This is a lovely place in Fira. Very convenient to walk to the centre and the bus station. Everyday, we have room service as well to tidy the room. On the last day we enjoyed our hot tub in a not very good weather. Highly recommend this place to tourists!

The only thing that would have been great is a little more kitchen stuff. There wasn't oil or anything like that, which can be annoying to get if you're only there for a few days. Also you can't drink the water or put toilet paper in the toilet--we had done research and knew the rules, but a reminder somewhere inside would have been nice! Honestly, these are really small things, it was great!

The property was great! The location was perfect, even in December we could easily walk to nearby local restaurants (Anna gave us some recommendations that were wonderful). It was spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

Can't think of anything that would have been better - we loved it! My only caveat would be that if you have mobility challenges our particular room may not be easily accessible as you have to navigate a narrow, almost spiral staircase to get to it (it is essentially on the roof of the building).

We loved everything about our stay at Divino Suites! The location was perfect, very central location on the island, but also very quiet and away from the main streets, and walkable to Fira's main bus station where you could catch a bus in either direction either to Oia or Akrotiri. A great place to start our hike to Oia from and after a brief uphill climb, lots of wonderful restaurants in Firostefani within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel. where you could enjoy a meal overlooking the beautiful Caldera. The room itself wasn't huge, but we loved the privacy of our rooftop suite, and our own private balcony with sunbathing lounges, table and chairs, and of course the hot tub. Despite its size, it had every amenity, including robes and slippers, wine and champagne glasses, eating utensils, a very comfortable bed, a great 55" TV, full length mirrior, hair dryer, and iron, Some people have mentioned not liking the "wet room" style of the bathroom, but as long as you made sure the drain was open this wasn't an issue for us. Yes, the bathroom was tiny, but we weren't in Santorini to spend time in the bathroom, so it was fine for our needs! After all day exploring the many charms of Santorini and climbing up and down (and up and down again :)) coming home to our hot tub with a moonlit view of the island lights and sea beyond was simply heavenly! Big thanks to Anna who helped us arrange travel to the hotel from the ferry port upon our arrival, and to the airport when we left, as well as arranging reservations for us at Santo Winery and giving us several tips about things to see and do while there - and also for the champagne on our arrival! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - we simply loved it!

It's neither possible to check in earlier (also not if asking long in advance) nor check out any later and it's not possible to store luggage beforehand \ after the stay which I think is important to know. Also the lightning in the bathroom is very annoying because you have to turn it on at the mirror inside (so you have to walk inside the dark room first).

The steps leading to the apartment was very steep and was quite a challenge for us carrying our big luggage up and down. That said, all else made up for the inconvenience! The view at the top of the steps just blew us away!

We love this place! Nice Jacuzzi facing the sea, watching birds and planes fly by. Within walking distance to Fira's hustle bustle centre. Nice cave-like room and beautiful sunrise! We would stay here again when we visit Fira!
